i think it's imposible, try sending the player to javi77, and he 'll tell you how is your player ;)
The best way is to insert the player in the argentinean Database, if it is good enough, you will be able to add him to the database (there are minimum requirements).
Once the player is in the DB (hence he meets the minimum requirements), you can ask the NT coach to look at your player, and tell you how far/close he is to the rest, and also he can give you advice on what would be nice to train.
NT Database Page. Go to NT Team, then submit player.
Once you entered your user and password, if your player meets the minimum requirements, his name will appear, just enable the checkbox with his name, and click on submit.

Hola, vengo a comprar la iglesia.
Recién hoy pude ver el partido del doming oy no tengo palabras para el saqueo del que fui objeto. I no me hubiera pasado a mí, hasta sería cómico.
Dios-SK, le re p*** que te parió, me voy a ir a la C por ts rayes, dejame de joder! Hay más equipos en este juego, andá a garcar a otro!!!
