Hi dear voters !

I'm Radek and come from Poland. I'm 23yo student, who wants to be coahc of your U21 Team. Sorry for all, but I can't speak portugues but I hope that won't be problem for you :) I love football, my favorite player is Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro.

I like to watch your National Team, and offensive style who prefer.

What is the plan

In next season we have World Cup. I think that Portugal has potential to make suprises and win this trophy. Portugal will be random from second basket and must promoted up. 1/8 is minimum result what you expected. After WC we will play many friendlies match. I will be try to organise some competition for you. Award ? maybe plus and certainly appointment for your player :)

My expierence and achievement.

I think that I have expirience and skills to working in your U21 Team.

2 seasons in Poland U21.
1 season in Russia U21.

In both teams I performed in WC. Every time I won group with 9 points ( 3 wins) and reach to the 1/8. In Poland I had bad luck 12-4 shoots for me and result 1-3 for rivals ;/. In Russia I achieved more than expected. Great game in group, but in 1/8 came strong Eesti and we loose 1-0( they scored with penalty) at the end Russia had 24th place in teamt rank( when i started they had 32 place)

Earlier I was scout in Poland first team. Now I doing the same function in U21 Poland.

I'm ambitious, very professional and determinated to win with your U21 team World Cup. I'm in Polish Association. I know many good Polish coaches who help me when i need council but if you want help me I will be delighted.

Really difficult group

thank you for votes. I know that user who realy intersted national team voted for other user but i expected help :) Tomorrow I do the scout list and ask for skills owners owning the best Portuguese player. :)

sure ! :D Russian users were satisfied. It's very important for me ;] In polish club it's very hard to win some trophy so I want prove that i have skills in nation level ;]
