PERSONAL INFO
I'm Maciej (wikipedia says is the "Matheos" in Portugal, because in Poland we have also firstname "Mateusz", nevermind :D). I have 27y old and I live in 5th biggest polish city - Poznan. I working as IT Analisys Team Leader.
As many men I like football. In Portugal you have better NT Team (yeah, our quarterfinal Euro'16 was nice).. also better clubs and league. In this autumun we played in Europa League, Benfica vs Lech Poznan. First match was very exciting for me! We had chance for draw. Yea.. I'm supporter of Lech Poznan almost 16 years. My first match was in summer 2005!
Besides I like math, IT, new technology and beatiful girls ;)

SOKKER INFO
I was NT coach 15 times. More details about my seasons in NT is in first post.
My first NT was Ireland. Next was Danmark and Nippon. In Montenegro I made a really beatifull moments. When I started Montenegro was in 60+th position in NT RANK. I made 30th position in NT RANK (that was the best pos, usually 32-34). We played also on World Cup, first time and second time for Montenegro.
And last was a "big job" in Poland, my country. I win all WCQ matches two times. In World Cup first time I made BRONZE trophy, second time SILVER trophy. That was last trophies for Poland to this moment. IMO not bad.
In club I played a few season in second division. I have BRONZE trophy from Polish Cup and quarterfinal in this cup.

WHAT IS MY PLAN FOR PORTUGAL?
- Make great selection (players) from next season - WCQ.
- Win ALL (maybe almost all of them) matches in this season - up in NT RANK before WCQ.
- Create 4-5 basic tactics for next seasons. I prefer play 5-3-2, 5-4-1, 5-2-3, 4-3-3.
- I would like get know the community in Portugal. ;)
