Pelo que eu vi as regras não são "didáticas" como no sokker e hattrick, são mais para falar sobre cheaters, onde denuncia, falando o que é errado, etc.
Your club is automatically entered into two tournaments in Trophy Manager: The league and the national cup. In your league you compete with seventeen other clubs for a trophy, honor, glory and promotion to the next division level. In the national cup all the clubs of your country compete in a gigantic cup competition. Every round is played using normal cup rules: If the game ends in a draw it will continue into Golden Goal extra time, and if no decisive result has been reached, penalties. League matches are played on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, while cup matches are played on Mondays and Thursdays.
League
When you receive your Trophy Manager team it is automatically entered into a league. Every league consists of 18 teams who clash both home and away in a two round round robin. After all 34 rounds have been played the top two teams are secured promotion, and, most times, four teams will be relegated. If two teams are square on points after 34 games, the deciding factor will be: 1) Goals balance (Goals for minus goals against) 2) Who has scored the most goals. If neither of these two factors can decide which team is the best, the final standings (and therefore promotion and relegation) will be decided randomly.
Cup
The national cup is a knock-out tournament, where every losing team in every round is knocked out of the tournament. If the game is still tied after ninety minutes of play, the game will be decided by Golden Goal, and if the game is still tied, penalties. The gate receipts from cup matches are divided evenly amongst the home and away team. Cup matches will often attract larger crowds than league matches.
Friendlies
Apart from the official games played in the league and cup tournamants, you can arrange friendlies on available tuesdays and thursdays. If you want to challenge another team, simply go to the clubhouse of the club you want to challenge and click 'Challenge'. Then choose the date you want the game to be played on, and wait for your opponent to accept or decline. Friendlies is an excellent opportunity to test your team and try out new players and tactics. They are also nice opportunities to crush your the teams of your friends... No income is generated from friendlies, in return players don't receive injuries or bans from friendlies.
The Menu
In TM you find your way around by using the menu at the top of the screen. When you point your mouse at one of the icon a sub-menu will appear. Below you can find a few words explaining some of the sub-menu choices: the clubhouse, search and inbox. The menu has the following buttons and sub-menu choices:
Clubhouse
The 'clubhouse' is the home of your club inside TM. This is where you shape the identity of your club. At your clubhouse you can write a club history, view your press announcements, design your team kit and lots more. The sub-menu to the clubhouse button consists of 'Press', your press announcements, 'Inbox', your personal TM Mail, 'FITA License', the TM manager education which, in addition to valuable knowledge, gives you cool cash when you graduate, and 'Search', where you can search for clubs and players inside TM.
Squad
The 'Squad' menu is the squad and tactics menu. In the sub-menu you'll find the following choices: 'Line-up', which is where you choose your match line-up, 'Tactics' where you can adjust your formation and tactics, 'Saved Line-ups', where you can save your favourite line-ups, 'Teamstats', which gives you the stats of your entire squad in one page, and finally 'Youth Development', your youth player factory.
Training
In the training menu you can plan the training of your players. 'Training Programme' is where you assign training schedules to your training teams. At the 'Set Players'-page you can assign players to your training teams, and at 'Set Coaches' you assign your coaches, if you hav any, to your training teams.
Tournaments
If you choose the 'Tournaments' menu you have access to your league standings. The sub-menu contains bot 'Fixtures', a page that lists all of your matches this season, 'Statistics', which is the individual player statistics of your league, 'Cup', where you can browse the National Cup of the season, and finally 'Virtual League' where you can create comparative leagues and chat with your friends.
Transfer
If you click the transfer button you will be sent to the transfer list. The sub-menu contains 'Shortlist', your own personal favourite players list with ten entries, 'Your Bids', an overview page with all your current transfer activities, and 'Transfer History', which is a list of all your past transfer activity.
Economy
The 'Economy' menu contains your 'Finance Report', the key tool for controlling the economy of your club, two budgets - 'Player Wages' and 'Maintenance' - and finally the 'Hire Staff' page, where you can find and hire new coaching staff.
Stadium
By choosing 'Stadium' from the menu you can reach the pages dedicated to the stadium and facilities. The 'Stadium'-page is a summary of your entire facility-infrastructure. It is through the 'Stadium' page that you can expand your stadium. The sub-menu contains three different kinds of facilities: 'Facilities', which is your training ground, medical facilities, youth development and more, 'Food and Merch.(-andise)', facilities which sell food and beverages or fan memorabilia, and finally 'Pitch'-facilities, which are facilities designed to improve and take care of the grass on your home ground.
TM Forum
Trophy Manager isn't a game like most games, because we wanna get in touch with YOU! If you have got any brilliant ideas for new features, suggestions or other feedback, we'd love to hear from you on the TM Forum. When you receive your TM club you also receive a profile in our forum - just use the exact same login and password for the forum as for the game. Forum is also a good place to ask for help and guidance.

Seu clube entra automaticamente em 2 torneios no TM: a liga e a copa nacional. Na sua liga você compete com 17 outros times por um troféu, honra, glória e promoção para a próxima divisão. Na copa, todos os times do seu país competem em uma gigante competição. Toda rodada é jogada usando regras normais da copa: se o jogo terminar empatado, o jogo irá para o "gol de outro"(tempo extra, quem fizer ganha), e se ninguém fazer gol no tempo, será realizada uma disputa de penaltis. Os jogos da liga são jogados quartas-feiras, sextas-feiras e domingos. Os jogos da copa são jogados segundas-feiras e quintas-feiras.
Liga
Quando você receber um time no TM, entrará automaticamente numa liga. Todas as ligas têm 18 times, que jogam entre si 2 vezes (uma vez fora, e uma vez em casa). Depois que acontecer as 34 rodadas, os 2 primeiros são seguramente promovidos, e os 4 últimos times serão rebaixados. Se 2 times estiverem empatados depois dos 34 jogos, os critérios são, em ordem: 1) Saldo de gols; 2) quem fez mais gols. Se nenhum dos dois fatores desempatarem, será sorteado quem fica na frente.
Copa
A copa nacional é um torneio "mata-mata", onde o time que perde, está fora da copa. Se o jogo ficar empatado no tempo normal, será decidido no gol de ouro, se o empate persistir, será decidido nos penaltis. O dinheiro da partida da copa, é dividida entre os time da casa e o time visitante. Jogos da copa atraem mais público que os do campeonato.
Amistosos
Além dos jogos oficiais (liga e copa), você pode arranjar um amistoso nas terças e quintas-feiras disponíveis. Se você quiser desafiar uma outra equipe, vá ao 'clubhouse' do clube que você quer desafiar e clique em 'Challenge'. Escolha, então, a data do amistoso e espere o oponente aceitar ou recusar. Amistosos são uma excelente oportunidade para testar novos jogadores e táticas. São também oportunidades ótimas de humilhar o time de um amigo, por exemplo... Nenhuma renda é gerada nos amistosos, os jogadores não se machucam e não tomam cartão.
O Menu
No TM você acha tudo usando o menu, no alto da tela. Quando você passar o mause em cima de algum ícone, um sub-ícones irão aparecer. Embaixo você encontrará algumas palavras que podem explicar o sub-icone: a "clubhouse", "search" e "inbox". Segue no menu, sub-menus:
