Marks & values aren't exactly the best indicators of ability, but I'm listing them here as a guideline for managers to get an idea of what they're up against to get their players into the NT.

My midfielders are not as good as i thought.

haha same as my stikers but they are used according to tactics i would emagine

Yep, marks and value are quite strange. An example is the striker, Babale. He's got high marks and has a high value but, at the moment, he's not in the running for a place in the starting lineup. His strength is pace, plenty of it. His trainer will be working on his striking to try to get him into the team.

It appears that form greatly affects value as well. How else could Khanyile be worth more than a million less than Lakay when they have very similar stats overall and Khanyile is the better shot?

As I said, this is only a guide, and a rough one at that. Still, it's useful to know where the players stand by a variety of methods.

Yip i understand it, also use difrent skills at different tactics player wise :) or that is what i do :)

I've updated the lists to also record a very basic ranking by 3 skills useful to the position, without any weighting.
