Like us, Guatemala are a small sokker nation. Unlike us though, they only played their first NT match only in July last year while we have been around a lot longer. As a result, our squad of players is much stronger than theirs.

Nothing less than a comfortable win will be acceptable this week. The difference in our rankings will require a good winning margin for us to maximise the ranking points available.

Teamsheet

Goalkeeper
Lathan is still clear first choice and it's still a bunfight for the position as understudy. Wuest gets the nod this week.

Defenders
With Rodrigues still injured and Mabotsa off form, our defending options are a little limited. The usual group of Goliath, Yohane, Baloyi and Ngaduana make the list today.

Midfielders
Madigage and Mabizela are still struggling a bit with form but remain essential to the team. Chacho and Makhanya keep their places and Lekhuleng gets a recall. He last played in February in our 5-1 win over Senegal. Khambule is on the fringe and Shongwe is available for emergencies.

Striker
Permall is still the obvious first choice striker.
Behr is still on the injury list, so Portgieter remains in the picture. Makhaye looks back in form and regains his place. He last played nearly 5 months ago in our 2-1 win over Srbija, and this will be his first call up while with his current club.
