I'm considering running in the election for South Africa. I'm interested to know how extensive the database in, whether it's purely Manda_Chuva's code, is there an offline excel database etc?
Actually it doesn't matter. I'm going to run regardless.

All I know about the inner workings of the online database is that rym3k set it up. Not all that many managers use it, and I don't find it very useful for that reason. It does help get regular updates from those managers though.

I've kept an offline excel database and it's comprehensive, containing well over 300 players. I keep it regularly updated with players on the transfer list and by asking managers for updates of players with NT prospects at any level. A date is recorded for each player to indicate the last update.

Sounds very similar to what i setup with Ireland.
