I also have a full team available.

My only problem is on which players i will play in defence as there seems not much difference amongst them.

League update, round 1

In the Premiership, Chiefs take the early lead with an 8-0 thrashing of the newly promoted bot. Dreams are second with a 3-0 win over Nazguls. Jackpool scored a 5-3 win, and the Bulls showed that they plan to retain their title despite selling some players with a tight 1-0 win over Durban City.

Ovambo Warriors recorded a hard fought 2-1 win in League II.01 and are in second place.

In League II.04, Champs FC take the early lead with a 3-0 win. Majors Pains are right behind after their 1-0 victory but Rovers struggled to a 1-1 draw. Champs and Rovers clash this week.

New manager update

In League III.01, a new manager, Wolfie, took over kwoensj and renamed the team to Wolvez. The team had won League III.10 for three seasons running, got promoted to II.03 where they managed to finish 5th but still got relegated.

Wolfie got off to a great start in his attempt to take the team back into League II with a 4-0 victory in the first match of the season, only 2 days after taking charge.

In the end I lost.

I think your keeper really saved you in this match. had some chances to score but the keeper just palmed the ball away.

Still looking for some cash to get a decent keeper coz i am seeing that is my weak spot at the moment.

Congrats on the win.

League update, round 2

Premiership
Three teams remained unbeaten this week as Kaizer Chiefs and Jackpool demolished bots, and Blue Bulls saw off their second big contender in as many weeks when beating Dreams 4-1 at the Theatre Of Dreams. Durban City joins Dreams on 3 pts after taking care of Nazguls in a one-sided affair. Big games next week will be the clash between Dreams and Durban City, and the match up between Chiefs and Jackpool. Nazguls will be looking for improvement but face the mighty Bulls.

League II.01
Ovambo Warriors weren't good enough against Banshees, going down 1-3. That drops them in 5th place now behind Banshees on 6, Bulldogs and PundaLove on 4, and Ashley's on 3 but with a better goal difference. It looks like the Warriors need to do a bit of shopping to strengthen the squad.

League II.04
The big game of the week was a hard fought affair and saw Rovers beat Champs 3-2. The Champs were flattered by the scoreline in what was a dominant performance by Rovers, having led 3-0 after 40 minutes. Majors Pains had the better of their bot opponent but only came away with a 1-1 draw. The table is wide open with Rovers on top with 4 points but only ahead of the Pains by virtue of having scored more goals. Champs are just a single point behind in 3rd. The playoff positions in this league are likely to go all the way to the last round.

League III.01
Wolves took care of one of the bot team that held the lead with them last week, scoring 3 without reply. The other bot side at the top of the table also went down, leaving Wolves alone at the head of affairs. With this start, Wolves look comfortably headed towards a play off place at the end of the season.

Super update Marcl!

Congrats on Chiefs that remains unbeaten!
Nunro proved to me that he does not want to be sold yet scoring all my goals, more dissapointing another game without a goal for Gordon

Cup Fixtures, round 3

The six premiership player-managed sides (Bulls, City, Dreams, Nazgulls, Jackpool and Chiefs) shouldn't have much trouble with their bot opponents today.

Rovers shouldn't have much difficulty in their match either, but the Pains have a fight in their hands against premiership bot, Rygersdal. It should be a closely contested game.

Wolvez could be facing an exit as they face the tougher premiership bot, Superboss.

Good luck everyone.

should be a goal fest out there today. interesting is Cyril picking up some goals of late and loving the bot action.
2008-06-18 12:21:16
I'm short of strikers now (one injured and one suspended, leaving only Sanchez) and I've got an extra trainee while I'm still training pace and he's also playing up front. He tends to waste a lot of chances (average shooting), so I'm not expecting a whole bucketload of goals.

Opponent is a poor bot though, so should get a fair number.

No man play Mabotsa in front he will score garantued
2008-06-18 12:51:17
Haha. :)

Mabotsa not playing today. Trainees playing cup matches at the moment.

Cup matches went as expected with all of Bulls, City, Dreams, Nazgulls, Jackpool, Chiefs and Rovers scoring comfortable victories. Wolvez were outmatched, and Pains were knocked out in extra time.

That leaves 7 of us going into the last 16.

After the coming round things could get interesting and I really dont like the cup from then on due to the anxiety.
