Subject: Junior Training System

Hello :)

I am polish Coach with 3 years Experience . I am looking on SA NT for couple of days and it's great that there is only 12 user and your NT team is really strong. I' ve got suggestion to make a JUNIOR TRAINING SYSTEM which can improve your NT Juniors Base . Ok I'm gonna explain it : when you got really nice junior with good talent and he isn't perfect for your training don't sell him for random user but let me (or another scout's) find someone who got really nice trainers and can make from This Young Player Big Star and really good NT Player, If your NT Coach enjoy my idea I can start from now . This is plan which I had made:

1. Make a list of best Junior of South Africa.
2. Make a potential Users which can buy talented Juniors
-find out how good are their trainers
-Find out what are they training and what are they going to train
-Negotiate a price which will be good for Buyer and Seller (what is most important)
3. Scouting Young Players in their New Club
4. Waiting for Young Stars of NT :)

I know that the begining could be difficult but in my opinion the idea of JTS is really nice , so what is your opinion ? Without your help I'm not gonna make it .

I am 19 years old , this year I'm going to start study in University , I'd enjoy playing football and reading books .

I play sokker 3 years - it is really huge time to get experience I think. Now I am in V league , I won VI league 2 times and in last two seasons I was second in V division - next season I'm going to get into IV league

Tactical knowledge: Since I started with sokker I was enjoy making tactics and was fascinated by the thousands of tactics you can make here. Just check my matches and you will see tactics with a lot of work behind it. This year I play a small tournament called SI Cup and I won it but my team wasn't the strongest link to Cup and here is list of matches that I had won because of Tactic in this Cup :

I can speak english very well - maybe my language isn't perfect I often make small mistakes but I don't think that would be big problem for me and yours Users

I spend in sokker 4-5 hours per day so my knowlage about sokker world is really big , I am reading SK International topics and Tactical Topic in Sokker Poland , also I am in Polish Federation Federacja Podlaskiego Sokkera link where we are talking about sokker , tactics , player and real life :)
