Hello!
It's my third time in election to RPA national team and I hope my efforts will be appreciated .I'd like to be a coach in national team U-21 because I want South Africa to train young players who have a chance to be the most important part of senior team in the future.I will be finding an appropriate place to training for young juniors because I'm going to cooperate with others users. It's first season U-21 and there are no any eliminations or championships so I can't broke anything.
About me:
I'm a very active manager from Poland, on Sokker for almost two years.I contact with the best polish managers and I'm getting an experience from them. I'm creating a lot of young defenders so I know they might make someone happy indeed. That's why I'm going to encourage to train them and to open youth schools.
Attractions:
It will not be boring time for sure, because I'm planning matches with very good teams, creating new tactics and rotating with players to look for footballer who have a chance to play in main representation. I'll also organize contest with ''Plus'' as a reward. Another thing will be creating database of young player in your country.
Scouting:
I'll choose a few experienced managers to improve scouting that lets to look for the best young players.
Help:
In case of problems I or some of my workers serve our help.Voting for me you'll nothing lose but you'll get a chance to promote your junior on European Superstar :)
So, vote on:

Hello Seat,
Your enthusiasm is appreciated, especially considering the lack of responses you got during your last two campaigns for the NT job here.
I'm impressed also by the presentation of your application this time. You've clearly put some work into it. Well done!
I want to be straightforward about this. I have been looking forward to the U21 NT's being implemented, and when I stopped coaching the NT, my plan was to apply for the U21 job when it came up. Clearly, I have a conflict of interest when it comes to your application for the job. Still, I may decide to just continue being the database admin, working with the NT and U21 coaches (You don't need to worry about creating a database for young players. Our database is comprehensive.)
I have just a few questions for you. You do realise that there are less than 10 managers in South Africa, so our U21 side will be weak? How will it be to our benefit to play against very good teams, inevitably taking heavy losses and falling down the rankings?
What was the point of the bizarre tactics you used in your last 2 friendly matches with your club side that resulted in losses of 24-0 and 36-0?
Finally, I know from your previous application that you are a young man, probably still at school. Will you have the time to dedicate to the U21 side necessary to do a proper job? Will you be able to keep the SA managers informed with details about weekly matches and the teams progress, instead of just hurriedly setting up a team on match day and never making any forum posts?
Thanks,
Marc
