Davie [del] to All
Hello people of South Africa!

I'm here to tell you something about me,strong points and how i see the future with the U21 of South-Africa and why i'm a canidate for this election.

Who Am I ?

My name is Davie Van De Keere, i'm 19 years old. For the moment i'm still studying in Bruges(Belgium)

My hobbies are: Playing football in a team
- Watching a lot of football on TV.
- Watching all kind of sports

Enough of me know let's talk about your youngest squad

Why am I a candidate for this elections ?

I'm looking for new challenges in Sokker an i want to make the step International level

My strong points in Sokker

- Experience:In a few weeks I will start my 7th season as manager of my own team,so i play sokker for almost 2 years now. Currently playing in 3th division, same division as your NT-coach Notjez.I learned a lot in that division and became tactically stronger with scouting the opponent.

- NT-experience: I have been 2 season in the NT-crew of Belgium one as U18 MID scout and one as U18 DEF scout. With that job in Belguim i combined it the first season as GK scout of Indonesia and second season as one of the 2 headscout in Indonesia. That is a great time i had in both countries and learned a lot and gained lots of experience.By discuss tactics for U21 WC of Belguim and improve everything

- Tactical knowledge: In very beginning i had it hard to work on tactics, but everybody grows in making tactics.I can say now that i'm good in making tactics,in my team i train defenders so i love to play with stong defence an build up the play from behind and use the wings also.
I became stronger in tactics like i said before that i'm in a very nice 3th division.

- My language knowledge: I want good communication with all the users in South-Africa and it will be very good to talk because we need everybody

- Try to create a nice future for the U21.

- In first year we will play Friendly's and building up the team to a solid squad, also get new player by getting youthpulls.
About youthpulls i think al the actice manager have at least an icredible youth coach

- Making a good crew with experienced managers to support me. If anyone wants to join it, be my guest and send me a SK-mail.

If you wanna ask questions you can always ask in this forum

Greetings Davie

and don't forget to vote :)

I support Davie in his campaign.

The reason why is that he has a very good knowledge of trainees. He has a lot of future NT-def-trainees in his squad and knows very well how to train them.

What do you need more to have a good U-21 trainer ?
South-Africa U21 doesn't need good results (that's not possible imo), It needs a good trainer to develop all the future stars nicely.
He will also support me in the campaign to get more Sokker users in South-Africa !

It seems clear that you have good Sokker experience, both with your own team and working as scout for various NT's.

Does your situation as a student allow you enough time to devote to the U21 NT? What would your weekly approach be to an U21 NT match?

My situation as student is good,it's my last year and i don't have an very hard direction in school

For the U21 i will spend everyday few houres(4-6hours)
i'm also everyday online to read forums make tactics for my team and to make transfers.

To prepare an U21 match i will look at it everyday,in negotiation with my assistent coach and the rest of the crew.To scout, making an tactic and be on South african forums

After nice result this season and a lot of scouting on young players
I want to go for second time as NT-coach of U21 of South Africa
Or young players start to develop very nice and the future looks good for U21
Only we need new striker because Nel will move to the big guys now
Vincent is the first to become main striker,Howard or 18y striker needs new trainer and some strikertraining and than he can join Vincent on the pitch to shoot South Africa to the WC

My last match as U21 coach i lost but we should won it,we got more chances and played against 10.
It's hard to see the boys lose in last game, but i'm glad i could run the South Africa team
And i will be back in few seasons
