Bad luck. Indonesia have a tragic defence. But Nel play a good match.

Edit:

Indonesia have a "Normal" tactic. Shots 4-12 hard luck.

According to the marks and the match report, Indonesia had the stronger team. Well done for dominating in terms of shots. To lose to 3-2 to a late goal is harsh. Good effort.

Indo was the better team before,so i used an winger to deliver the balls in the box and worked out good.
the first goal of Indonesia i think it is bug or an mistake from keeper :s
Nel played an very good game and if we had more luck today we had won this game easy
The late goal hurts because we controlled the whole game if you looked the match

Next week we go for an win :)

@scouts:Me,macgruder will look for young players of SA by checking the transfers of the Castle Premiership managers and hope to find more players,we also could use your help

Yes, it was hard luck. I thought we played the better game. They were lucky. The only two players that really played well for Indo was their right wing (2 of their goals game from his crosses). Their keeper is a bit special though....he stopped a few certain goals. Most of our players played really well and I think we had very good tactics in place. Keep it up, the victories will come soon!

Hrd luck. i would not read too much into the result, good thing is we had a good game and getting the players right is the most important thing

Good try. :) When Indonesia trotted out a default tactic, I thought we had it made. Strikers just didn't have a good day. :(

Too bad for the lost match against Indonesia but now we know where we stand.

Where does Howard Lechesa rate as a prospect? I have a training spot opening up and could bring him in if he has a future.

Another unfortunate result today. Probably deserved better. Especially in the first half when (IMO) South Africa really had the run of play.

I like a few offsides - means you're keeping the defense honest. But there were too many in this match. Especially in the second half. Kept Latvia in the match.

I don't know the U21 roster. Do they have a big passer? Is Makhanya able to cross it consistently? It can be tough, especially at the U21 level, to make the most of your opportunities. If there is a big passer available, even if he's weak in other stats, it may be worth sticking him on the field somewhere to help out with set pieces, etc. Maybe Makhanya is the guy and he's just had a couple of tough matches (did take a nice corner in this one).

Quite a strange match. Both sides scored from corners. Both sides had a player sent off. Latvia had that early injury as well. Their goal came completely against the run of play, so I'd say it was a fortunate result for them to get a draw. Well played by our boys, especially considering our overall lower marks.

We don't have any big passers at the moment. Makhanya is one of five equal passers. Gavin Taulibudine is the best of that group in terms of playmaking.

I wonder if it's worth considering a formation with one striker. Nel is by far our best striker and we really need him to take all the shots we get. There is the issue of form though, Maselesele being in top form and Nel not.

Anyway, two unfortunate results so far, but the management appear to be doing a good job. Keep it up, guys. :)
