Subject: [U21] bartektyrka

Hello everybody!
I am so excited that I compete in the elections of South Africa coach.
First of all My name is Bartek, I'm from Poland.
I live in Poland and here I go to school. My hobbies are Computers, Football, Wrestling and many, many sports.
Currently, I am a bachelor. But maybe soon that's will be change :)
That's all about my private life.

My adventure with Sokker Manager I began almost 2 years ago.
I have experience with young players - I played TWO seasons only 17-18 young players in defense! (sic!)
I think it's a lot to take up this challenge which are elections.
y greatest achievement is a triple gained second place
I'd so bad luck, three times lacked enough for promotion.
I believe that this season will be different and My team will advance to the league above. This will be my season!
Regarding the matter of representation, I have a lot of ideas.
Firstly I change the tactics. I try out a lot of tactics, more aggressive and more powerful. (e.g. 4-3-3, 3-4-3, 4-2-2-2. Not only 4-4-2, 3-5-2 as now...)
Next, My scout find the best ATT in South Africa. I put mainly for attacking rival because the best defense is attack!
My target with South Africa representation are :

-Incrase rank
-Good preparation to next U21 World Cup Qualification
-Find new young players to representation.
-Experiment with new tactics
-I will ask you for your suggestions about my work.
-If I become a coach I buy PLUS myself to better carry out my work.
-I will organize a contest. Prizes will be 2-months PLUS and one-off performance your player in representation.
-And many more :)
