in belgium there are many users that hire bad coaches sow there is the possibility that there are SA users to whit bad coaches

What do u consider a good coach?

there are many good coaches, thats why i asked to put your coach on thise topic

The main coach only needs main skill ( scoring for scoring training ,etc. ) , if you haven't enough money.
But if your main coach is multi skilled , you had random popups..It's better..

i also noticed that tree good assistans is better than one excellent and price is almost the same

The assistant trainer only changes the rate of the main training.

but he is my main coach..

Aah ok i was thinking last week i got a random pop in in something i dint train but that is why thx for clearing that up

Ur assistants what is the level u should be looking and how many of them?

the level depends on what you can afford, and 3, if you have more than 3 assistants you will lose your training :s

Trainees what age is best for those and what skill should u be looking to sell?

buy them as young as possible!! and train them for 4, 5seisons

so buy them 16,17 years old and sell them at 21 and mayby 22 if there talented

but for what skill will i be looking for minimum?

Also secondaries when is the best time to work that in?
