Subject: National team

After making some queries, I've figured out the cards situation that we discussed in the YP thread (figured I should move NT talk to its own thread).

As suggested, Madigage is suspended this week but Behr can play, despite the incorrect colours in the team selection screen. Apparently it's a known bug.

Generally, I'm not happy with the form of our midfielders but I have to go with what I've got. Westerhof comes in for Madigage, and I've had to shift the positions around a little.

The front line stays the same. I was tempted to start with Pono ahead of Makhaye, but his form isn't good enough right now.

At the back, Du Plessis replaces Maphalla. Goliath is back from injury but is unfit and will be on the bench along with Mabotsa who is pushing for Du Plessis' spot.

Despite the rough start to the campaign so far, we've been improving with each match and I'm looking for a win today against Ecuador.

Good. I always thought that Chacho was a better player than Westerhoef. I dont maybe you can all decide from these stats.

Chacho has popped quite a few times since the stats that I got from Blais. I thought they were more up to date.

Westerhof also has a pop in playmaking, which is good news.

Chacho is definitely more skillful, and I see that he's in much better form too. The only question mark is pace. I generally prefer to use quicker players, but he's definitely on the shortlist for the NT.

What should he be trained in coz I can only train him in playmaking and I have R12m in the bank.

Mabotsa needs defending, so I've got that covered. I'll be able to buy him, and then I'll put Du Plessis up for sale.

Well I have solved some of the things that were forcing me to quit the game. I am now taking things a bit easy. I can still be a farm team when I am playing. I just hope a R12m bid I placed on some player will not be accpeted. My money has jumped to R13m with all the sales of the YP. Com,e to think of it a few seasons ago I was struggling with debt. Do you remember those days.

Yeah well good ur taking it easy, just take it allot easier tommorows cup game :) if Carlos plays against me and wins ill loose it for sure

I dont know if that R12m is enough as I am about to go home now. May raise it to R13m maybe

The price on Mabotsa is getting a bit ridiculous now. Someone has just bid R7.5m, up from my bid of just under R5m. Still 13 hours to go too.

I can afford to buy him, but I've only ever once spent that much on a player. I'll have to think about it and see what happens in the morning.

haha well on 10 now and just about hour to go well hope he goes high, but i have yet to find a replacement
