I am willing to start training players. The training method vexes me. I will train playmaking. How young should they be and how long will it take me to train them. I have a main coach who has unearthly skill in playmaking. Please respond me via the mail if possible.

I'm training playmaking too.. I am training max 25 years player, but he was talented as a youngster.. With unearthly coach you should find as young players as possible and they should be talented too. How U will check he's talented? Basically he should get increase in playmaking every 3-4 weeks. If U have any questions send me a mail.
