by the way, itake my responsibility for losing that match, but Im who I am and i cant change my way of thinking, if in your oppnion Im not suitable for managing lithuanian team then next year..... Just know that i want all the best for LITHUANIA
i still think that my tactics was good, maybe i cant realise that im too bad, or maybe it was just a matter of luck, anyway u have to decide it, not me...

It's normal, people always will look for every mistake, you're to only one who could everyone blame. I also think that you could make better result with your players but I'm not here to criticise anybody :P

You should work out thorw-in, in this match was too much wasted throws. And one time Duklys took the corner. That's strange :P
Second not too good thing was that wingbacks were very passive - few times when opponent's winger was going to your goal he was chasing by your midfielders and he didn't tackle ball from opponent. And your wingback was inside penalty arena, do nothing and it was finished by dangerous centre from winger. I think that he should go to opponent and tackle the ball.
