Hmm... whether he lied or his memory let him down :P
But either way the player has developed well with 2 seasons and I believe the talent he said should be right

Or is there in your youth topic something said about his talent too? Didn't notice, but then again I don't understand Lithuanian

what price does he want? ;]
2007-12-29 23:48:32
6mil €

its a bargain price? :)

Seems to me yes....I even thought of buying him, but this season is planned pm, next season passing.

I would ruin him...

Rybar also said, that this week is probably the last week he will be trained. If he doesn`t get any offers, then he`ll without training. Won´t sell him without any deals.

So we're facing the almighty Poland in a friendly tomorrow. :) Just to say a few words - they're most probably playing with players who are 30yo or older :p I'm gonna try how's it gonna be like to play with one striker only for the first time during my time at Lietuva NT, the tactic's gonna be 451

nice match ;)

I also liked it ;) I was the tacticmaker for Poland...had to use: 4 strikers, 1 winger, 2 central mids and 3 defs...I knew that Sillu will play with winger so I moved one of the CM's to the defence....and played with generally 4 strikers. I thought that it will be a manslaughter made by Lietuva, but the game was quite equal...especially that we had many players in veeery weak form :)

great game! and nice to see Tennislover pop up in the last minute of extra time to provide the match winning assist ;)

Thanks to all of you, it really was a nice match by both sides :) Great to watch a game if such high-leveled players are participating. I had my suspects about borkos as Poland had such a freaky tactic that only borkos would play with :D

Of course I happily closed the match window after 90 mins, glad that we had come back from 0-2 down and drawn the match and then I was a bit confused when I saw the result 3-2. :P I didn't know Shadow (or whoever had made the invitation for the friendly) had chosen cup rules

I guess I had underestimated the Poland oldies team a bit as the match was very close and we could have as well lost. The match would have been perfect by our side if I hadn't made that huge tactical mistake with our defensive throw-in placement. If I remember then from there Poland scored their both goals. Anyway our players were all extremely great, our defenders took the ball from behind all the time from the Poland strikers and Juknys was surprisingly good as a high winger as it was his first time in that position. And of course Sirotavicius showed Kueinskas this time how he should've played :)

Strange tactics are my trademark. I hope for becomin polish NT coach, so then there will be odd tactics every week :D

The strikers of Poland were quite weak, as Pater and Ruta didn't have form, and even in their best years they were worse than Kueinskas :).

Juknys was doing well because of same thing, Ława is without form...btw it was the last NT game of this great midfielder, one of the best in our NT in the history. 51 game, 30 assists, lots of awesome games. I'm happy that he got his assist today :)

Really nice game, gained quite big attention in Poland due to the squad, and tactic maybe? Who knows. Congrats anyway, you deserved the victory :)

Hello people.
Today I would like to show you my most talented trainee and I'm interested in your opinions how I should train him next season:

Simeonas Žlobas, age: 19
value: 408 000 €, wage: 2 600 €
club: Loops Unlimited, country: Lietuva
brilliant form, formidable tactical discipline

excellent stamina, tragic keeper
outstanding pace, poor defender
excellent +1 technique, solid playmaker
incredible passing, weak striker

3 weeks to outstanding and incredible passing

For U21 games Sillu wants me to get his defending up, but I'm yet unsure if this is really the right thing to do right now.
Wouldn't it be better to first get his technique and playmaker up and train his defending when he is about 21?

Zlobas isn't my only current or future NT/NT U21 member, but my training plan will be targeted at him.
He could have 4x magical at least by the age of 22 if I would not train defending before that age.

I'm looking forward to your opinions.

if i were u, i would train playmaking, it is too low for NT
2008-01-18 14:44:00
train playmaking to formidable, pace and technique to incredible, passing to brilliant. Good luck :D

Needs further technique + a bit of pace and yes, also defender. Very important.

When he's 23 you can always train him on PM, but by then he should've got a randompop on it.

I'm also starting to think that playmaking, technique or pace could be better trainings for him right now. I'm obviously the one who finds defense skill beneficial for midfielders :) but high wingers with great secondaries like him could be awesome players too. Defense can be trained for him later if it's needed at all
