I just registered us to the U21 World Cup which would be held in the second half of the season. I hope anyone isn't against playing in the U21 World Cup but if you think we shouldn't take part then tell me!
The best U21-countries are playing. Let's face them :o)

I think in World Cup 60-70% of top teams plays with a winger.
Every good national team plays with at least 4 defenders, otherwise even weaker countries can surprise you.

I've now finished creating the basis of the tactics against Finland. It's probably going to be the most defensive formation I've played with Lietuva. I hope it will be a success as we do have strong defenders.

Manager: Jaroslav - the Czech user is definitely a clever tactician and a manager that every opponent should fear. He is quite experienced as his 4th season of leading the NT is going on right now. He is an unbelievably successful club manager, his achievements speak for themselves: he has won the Czech top league 6 times, obtained the silver medal in the Czech cup for 4 times and the gold medal once. He is popular among the Slovakian community and is very familiar with the players.

Gergely Meixner - Slovakia is known for their dangerous forwards. The man who has scored 98 goals in 69 matches for his country, was also the top scorer in their Qualification Group G last season with 30 goals.
Adolf Lehota - another world class striker. He scored 20 goals in official matches of the NT last season and that makes him and Meixner create a deadly attacking force.
Bohuš Partel - an extremely experienced playmaker with 73 gaps on his belt. He was the primary creator in Slovakian midfield last season with 9 assists.

What can I say about today's match... It was an extremely tight battle again and either side could have won. I guess we just happened to be luckier today.
It's very tough for me to make this team play properly if our defenders hit the ball out of the field for like 5 times in a row. We don't have such a vast range of players to choose from too so I can't just replace the ones who don't know how to make a pass. I believe though that I'll try to use some defenders with more playamaker and passing skills in the next match against Danmark.
The first half was quite good today for us but the second half was a disaster again. Eventually we managed to score as much as we needed for a victory but overall the game was really poor. Slovensko was especially good at the start of the second half and we were under pressure for a long while.
Kueinskas did his job today as usual but both Sirotavicius and Ašutaitis managed to do nothing really. I was glad about Juknys who stepped in to score the goal that our strikers couldn't. Too bad about his injury in the end.
