I see you're looking for a coach. I can't candidate by myself, I'm a candidate for Romania U21 (with good chances of winning), but I can propose you something.
He is one of my best friends in sokker, I trust him and I know he has experience. What I can do is that he'll candidate and we'll both make a team, and take care of your country. My previous NT experiences will help a lot, and we can do a good job.

I'm 100% sure I can double your users. With a bit of luck, you can reach 800 users.
I've done this before. First, in Romania, we had some time ago 5000 users, and I helped, too.
Then, I was the NT Coach for Misr, in their first season. They had 10 users when I became coach, and I managed to bring them up to 60 users.
This season, I was/am the NT Coach of Crna Gora. At the beginning of the season there were 12 active users and 8 bots, total 20 teams. Now, they are ~60, but there also were 70 users, some weeks ago.
Also, you can watch Israel. 1-2 months ago they had 120 users. Now, they have over 400, thanks to me. I've talked with one of their active users and he did what I said, and raised the number of users with 400%!

I have experience, I comunicate pretty well with the community... I think we can really do a good job with your country. My friend Raul candidated already, I'll be back online at 18 sk-time, and we can talk then more...
