Aha, kai peikiau jo taktikas sezono pradzioj visi gyre, kad jis geras :))), ple tingiu as sedet prie zodyno ir bandyt paaiskint kas yra blogai, o ir diskusijose kiekvienas is visu musu vos po sakinuka islemena gera taktika saunuolis ir viskas. Sydval will be hungry for redemption. I hope Lietuva will do well in WC.

im not sure if hell get the job... actually im quite sure that he wont, most of the users are very critical about his work, im not sure if i would vote for him myself... simply no variety in tactics, which ive used myself, but it was successful while sydvals didnt work out well. that high defense was used way too often...

no matters...i'll leave for a more experienced and tactical various user

i know i could do better (even if at least in the 2 matches against uruguay we were very unlucky) and I would have done in the world cup...but just to say that in 13 matches I changed 7 type of tactics trying to take the best from lietuvan players...we always dominate the opponent (except for the last match)

i know lietuvan players potential and unfortunately we can only count on 20-22 good players and injuries and low form (ex. kalenikas or samutinas and now kueinskas, kisielius) affect so much my tactical choices (as well as in the last match)

anyway even if with great problems i take lietuva to world cup and my aim would have been to take it far in the oncoming cup

maybe, but world is cruel, and people look only at results, and good results involve a big amount of luck which you dont have...

the results must be seen at the END of the work

and the END of the work for me was set in week 10 of next season and not in week 15 of this one

we are in the WC (lucky or unlucky is not a problem)...the next goal is to arrive to the final

that was my target...i know myself and in troubled situations i always did my best...but in my life I learn to judge only when the work is finished...and our work isn't still finished...we are just in the middle.

If you want me to continue my work i'm here, ready and willing and sure to surprise you all.

Phuuu, really near to the biggest desaster in the Lietuvan-Sokker-History.
But now the team is on the World-Cup and has to show his real face. The Group on the World-Cup will be really strong because of this bad result in the Quali, but who knows, perhaps then everything works good.

Of course sydval had not so much luck in his first season here. But he can create good tactics (he showed with Italy), the question is: Has Lietuva the players to play with his tactics? Or in other words: Can sydval create good tactics FOR the Lietuvan players? In my eyes he has to answer this question for himself very criticly. And if he is sure to make this, he should also candidate again and make the best on the World-Cup.

I`m thinking of candidating for the job again for this season. This is not an attack on sydval, its only the possibility for the users to vote an other manager that they already know. The last World-Cup was the best experience I ever had (great wins against Portugal and Eesti).

So I would say that sydval thinks for himself and then decides. The users can give him then the chance or you can vote somebody other :)
