Hello! :)

I play this game for almost 17 months & have some experience :) I know how to use tactics editor and make good use with that. My friends know it too and in few days I'll have activated PLUS for tactics. I also don't afraid of challanges.

All I can offer you is:
- promotion to World Cup Finals
- friendly match vs Poland (if the best cadidate for Polish NT coach - Krikos wil win an election, hope so ;])
- National Juniors Training Plan (NJTP) - let's make strong young NT together
- competitions (for example guessing match scores and guessing which players will play with match) with prizes (e.g. one player of competition's winner will play in NT match, PLUS, if I'll find a founder)
- people's gover - polls :p
- NT online newspaper in english (and if I'll find someone who will translate it, it should be in Lithuanian too)
- NT playesr gallery - example ;)
- my friend Lampard. will make NT logo

i mean what for a experience he had with some tactics or which tactic he prefer :)

So I made tactics for more than 15 polish users, even in 4th polish division (where managers are better than me :p)
Some examples (only asymmetric tactics) : winger neutralizing, anti-normal (unsuccesful :p), one-winger tactic, nothing special and kamikaze ;).

winger neutralizing - one side if left empty with no defenders... how on earth would you know where opponent is going to play his winger... this is not a league matches, tactics are changed every single game

one-winger tactic - I see no winger here...

In league or friendlies i played with people which doesn't change their tactics...

all this tactisc are a bit old, now i don't use it 'cause i don't need it to win :p

You already now, that "making" tactics for other managers isn`t aloud? For me its not a problem, but perhaps for others... -> Not so good idea to write this in the forum.
