Hello Lietuva !
My name is Alin ( real name ) and i come from Bucharest , Romania . I have 20 years and in this moment I'm in my first year of study at construction faculty . In my free time i like to play football , to go out with my friends and of course to play play computer games , especially sokker :) .
My adventure started in sokker 2 and a half years ago , but the real business and the real interested in this game is since 1 year and 8 month ago when i have started to do what should i do from the beginning and since then my team is on a continue rise and i hope in 2 season to reach the maximum with my team ( to win some trophy's like the romanian cup and the first division ) .
My objectives if i will be elected the NT coach of Lietuva are :
- qualification to the World Cup - i don't think this will be a problem because you have really good team
- i hope to achieve at leat the results of your ex NT coach Andreasson , but my aim is to do better of course .
- to promote the younger players and play in qualification the easy game with u23 , u25 , because your top players are starting to get old ( 30-29-28 years ) and we must see what is coming from behind .
- as anaconda say we will try to attract more users for your country , we hope for at least 400 , he has a lot of experience with that kind of thinks ;)) , misr , crna gora , israel , you can read more about this in his post ;) .
- i will help the u21 coach with everything he needs , advice , looking for players , etc ... if he want my help of course :)

I see you're looking for a coach. I can't candidate by myself, I'm a candidate for Romania U21 (with good chances of winning), but I can propose you something.
He(is a link to me in his original post ) is one of my best friends in sokker, I trust him and I know he has experience. What I can do is that he'll candidate and we'll both make a team, and take care of your country. My previous NT experiences will help a lot, and we can do a good job.

We decided to candidate for your country after we saw you're looking for a coach.
You have a very good team, and the results must be good.
As I said, the number of your users will raise consistently, and after that it's about you to keep the users in the game, by helping them. I have a plan for this also.
Also, we'll have to search for players (preferably youngers) all over the world, to assure the future of your country.
I have NT experience, was the coach of Crna Gora (I had a couple of good results here) and Misr. The tactic is not a mistery for both of us. As you can see, we're both in romanian IInd division, and this is pretty tough to do :)
I can't candidate, as I'm also running for Romania U21, with pretty good chances of winning. That's why my friend Raul is candidating, but I'll be his assistant, and we'll both do the tactics, also with your help :)
This is it for the moment. Next season there will be WC qualifiers, and Lietuva will qualify for sure.

i see you don't talk too much on forum :( that's not good... we'll will try to revive the atmosphere, but we'll need your help!

And your exapmple of Crna Gora and Misr donest look so promissing, they have 58 and 21 users and Israel has over 400 but its two times bigger country then us and football is nr1 sport there, not like here. and no is not only nice words for election ... anaconda will tell you more about this think , i think he has chanced some sk-mails with your mod Daliussss about this ... but i don't know exactly what they have talk , as i say anaconda will connect on sokker in 15-30 minutes and he will explain you something about the plan of attract more users , he has his "secrets" ;))

I think other Lithuanian users already tryed it. Im quite dissapointed, i hoped that have more secret plan how to make more users :/ But it will be intresting to watch and see how it will go for you.
As I observed, you were selected by the Sokker Staff to represent Lietuva for an organized spam.
There are also other methods, what I suppose you (all LA's selected for this) will do (post messages on any kind of forums).
These 2 ideas (hattrick and forums) went very good in all countries I tried. Atm, there is a similar action in Romania, we plan tor each 5000 users again, and we're growing with ~70-100 users by day...
After that, I will talk with an administrator, who will send the new accepted teams to me or Dariusss. This way, we (me or Dariusss, or any other person) can send a sk-mail to the new user with explanations, tips, what to do at the beginning, what not to do, like a newbie guide... This way, the new user will pretty know what to do, he'll have a good start if he follows the advice.
There are also other methods, what I suppose you (all LA's selected for this) will do (post messages on any kind of forums).

You can decide what you want! In my oppinion, all the candidates are very good and all of them will obtain good results and performances with Lietuva. Regarding the performance, you should not worry... But you should worry for your low number of users and low activity on forum! We (me and Raul) can do something about this... both abrek and sydval said their aim will be the WC, dreaming for the final... they're very good coaches, they proove it, my respect for them! But you should start thinking of your future. Your NT is getting older, and you have to have another generations, to substitute the older guys. Maybe your next generation will also be good, but this will last just for a couple of seasons. meanwhile, you'll still remain with the same number of users (maybe less). I think this is a very important aspect, and that's why I insist. More users means more players, more juniors, more chances for good prospects for NT, more activity on forum. Think, and decide what's better for your country: fast performance (which all coaches can obtain) or a nice, brightful future, with a decent amount of users and talking on forum (which I can do).

Raúl `El Capitán` González has experience in tactics and he have full suport from a few older and experienced romanian users (one of them is me ) so ,if the Lithuanian users want a good NT manager ,vote him !! Good luck to all !

I've talked with Raul, and we took a decision, to be good for all of us.
He said he'll move his candidature to U21 squad. There is not a serious candidate there, and it could be a nice cooperation with both abrek or sydval, leading to a good performance.
This way, I can also start my plan to attract the users and show to all of you that I'm serious and I CAN do this.
He'll be on U21 list soon, you will have the posibility to vote for him and be all happy :]
