Hi Lietuva!
My name in sokker is Blackend, my real name is Alejandro Loyola Flores
I´m 20 years old, and i´m student of Laws :)

My experience in Sokker are 3/4 years in sokker (before in Deutschland (in these times, not existed SK Chile, and now the Chilean league, 2d division .03 ), and i´m the actual champion in this league.

My achievements are specially in NT Chile, actually, I´m the coach.

-2d place in the group E (the 1st place was Spain)
-win to Spain (one of the two defeats of Spain with "A" team in the official games the last 2 seasons; the last defeat was with Italia in the WC Final)
- 2 draws to England (ex 2d place in the past WC, 2 seasons ago), and Deutschland (semi finalist in the past WC, 2 seasons ago)
-in the last U21 WC, i had 2d place in the group B

maybe, my "black point" was in the WC, in the "death group" with Poland, Croatia, and Italia, (bad luck :S), Chile has a very good level, but Poland, Croatia and Italia have best players multi skill, than Chile, i think exclusive level of players)

in the last 2 seasons, i competed with Italy and Spain, today, the 2 best NT in the world.

my work with Chile, was very good, but the level and lack of better players, limited the power of tactics for better things and achievements

i´m sure, with Lietuva (if Lietuva decides for me), returns to the 1st page in SK. The players of Lietuva are very good, strong and powerful, for this purpose; and i´m sure too, Lietuva could win to any selection in my era.

Style of game

My style it´s very pragmatic: very strong defence, very practice attack, and fast transition of the ball in midfield (very vertical): the normal formations are 4-4-2, with 1 wing; 4-4-2 with 2 wings and 2 midfielders; 4-4-2 with 2 contentions, 1 “10” and 1 wing; 5-3-2 with 1 wing; 5-3-2 , and much more, example of my formations in NT Chile:

4-4-2, 1 wing = Chile 6 -3 Malaysia



4-4-2, with 1 “10” and 1 wing = Chile 2 – 1 España


5-3-2 = Chile 1 – Deutschland 1


4-3-3 with 1 “10” = Chile 1 – England 1


4-4-2 with 2 midfielders and 2 wings = Chile 6 – 1 Belarus


The Attack of my teams are very effective, in my first season with Chile, was one of the most powerful NT in difference goals in SK with record 80-11 in 10 matchs
Example, in statidistics in the 1st round (5 matchs and 1 friendly):

Chile 132 shots with 47 goals
The rivals of Chile only 26 shots, with 5 goals

and with me, Raimundo Ahumada, was a record striker in NT Chile, with 24 goals in 1 match :)

I think it´s very important experience with NT, because, it´s very different of every match in every team, and I think too, my experience it´s very good.

My job style

Well, my style it´s very active with the community (for me, it´s very important) , and i´m very committed with the community of my NT. In Lietuva, i like the idea of “turn on” the community, with the NT, in Chile, I realized differents forms of “pre” NT match, with jokes, and every commentaries of the users, sokker staff or foreing users! I like the speak with all the users of the community, the “doors” of the NT, are open for all persons, every question, answers, or constructive critics… to all.

I like a “Staff”, with scouts, and my “spies” in the world, all lithuanians users are invited to the NT , and I invite to the user interested to contribute for this cause!

I´m a user very serious in my job of coach NT (if you want, ask about my work to anyone Chilean user), but i´m a very happy user too :)

good luck, blackend is a good coach :D he has good experience with the relationship in the comunity, and with the tactics is a really good option =)
