First of all I wish good luck to all other Candidates.
I am going to introduce myself. This is my tenth season in SK. Here is a short brief history of my club Sosrikua;



Here is Turkish NT stats as well;


In season 9, we managed to participate WC groups first time as Turkish NT.
In season 10 in our first experience of WC , we played with Czech Republic, Romania and Canada in group matches. We have qualified which had victory against Romania and Czech Republik from the Group. In next round we lost against Argentina and were out of Cup.

Maybe You will ask, “Why do you try to be manager of another NT in order to continue of your current role of Turkish Nt?” I believe I had very good job with Turkey and at the moment I did everything with my team as much as i can. I think ,With current team of Turkey, i can not do better. To hold a title or to play semi final will be a dream. On this basis i want to try that with a strong team. And i also believe that i can have better result with Lietuva . This is why I want to be candidate for Lietuva.

Why Lietuva ?
Because you have a strong team and very good potential to reach the semifinal. I can try any kind of tactics to prove Lietuva's power. Of course I havent seen all of your players. But last three seasons I also have got an opinion about all other NT. So, i think Lietuva can better.
If you give me a chance to manage your Nt. I will work with my team. But I will also need people who wants to help from Lietuva If we want to be succesfull, we have to work as a team.

I think, I have enough knowledge and tactic expirence in Sk. I just want you to give me a chance for taking Lietuva into the top teams.

First of all, i’m congratulating you for your management of NT team and your results.

Of course, no one can guarentee that i or anybody will be more succesful than you but let’s compare two teams, Lithuania and Turkey. Lithuania is much more stronger team than Turkey. Both team participated in WC groups. You promoted with victory over Eesti and Portugal. We promoted with victory over Česká republika and România. You were eleminated to Česká republika which we have beaten them. We eleminated Argentina. Honestly, i can say both teams, Turkey and Lithuania, has managed to have same achievement. On the other hand, if we compare the achievement of your and my , our achievement is more meaningful than yours. Because Lithuania have better team.

I combine my tactical knowledge with a stronger team such as Lithuania, that’s why i think i can make a further improvement in future, improvements reflects immediatly as results. When i choosen for turkish NT 3 years ago, i signified our aim as participate in WC groups and promote the group. It was a dream for majority of turkish community. We even have not participated in WC groups but i made “the dream” come true.

And we are talking about much more stronger team, Lithuaina. We mentioned that our aim will be semi-final. If Lithuania midfielders were better than i thought we can go higher than semi-final ;) But it will definitely be a failure if we can not reach semi-final. I have enough experience and tactical knowledge for reaching success in the name of Lithuania. All i need is lithuanian managers should trust me and give me a chance ;)

what's your favorite formation in sokker ? And what do you think about Lithuanian players with wich formation we can beat strongest teams? :)

I have no a favorite formation in sk. Because each game is different and needs own formation. You have to consider, how your opponent plays and what kind of a team he has. Then you can make a special formation for him. I can play 3-4-3 or 4-1-2-1-2 or 7-2-1 (this is my special one which spoken in new ME topic in global forum), with 1 or 2 winger, single striker or 4 strikers. I mean it depends on opponent, who he is. ;)
