nope , i will not give the database to the new coach , because i'm a noob and the work as nt is so easy and i don't think the new coach will be unhappy to send 2000 sk-mail and search for all the teams from lietuva , this should be very easy , if a weak manager like me have done this , why the next one should have everything on the table .
anyway are some players found by me and have played for u21 and would be very easy to push only the button to bring them to nt , for the rest you will have a little work to do , but will be very easy to find other 5-6 players for the qualification ;)

you are acting like a child (maybe not acting, don't know this). Why have you tried to become a coach of U21 team if you can't accept critics from other people? I think if you took responibility you must not act like an idiot and do your job until the end of your career as U21 Lietuva.
yep , i'm done . unfortunately when i have done a lot of work , i have stay at the beginning until 3-4 in the morning day after day to look for player for lietuva , and now you say to me that i have didn't done anything , sorry my friend , but my reaction could be other one . when you will learn to appreciate the work of someone maybe something good will came .

i told you that scouting and creating tactics and showing results is a totally different things, your results are just terrible, and thats it.
