This is a topic to discuss contents, tactics and projects.

We are working on putting together a crew, with Lietuvan managers that are interested in GK, DEF, MID and ATT scouting.

Updates will appear in this topic.

if u want to be a part of crew, whatever u win or not the election, u could contact sigitas(i am 90% sure that he will win) on pm and talk about our nt's future. he will accept any help. u could be great asistant.

Hi Daliuss,

when a supporter of sigitas says that we would be great assistants, it certainly delights us. It is the proof that we should continue trying to become the U21 NT coach of Lietuva.

Even if we make a smaller chance in some people's opinion, which we respect.

We are now focussing on the elections, and becoming NT coach is top priority now, but we don't exclude anything in future.

We are very serious candidates, and Man of Herm and I are really convinced that we fit for the job, because of our experience, and tactical knowledge. We have prepared this since some time, being NT coach would be our most important task in sokker, before our own teams. We are not letting this idea behind, and will work on it untill the election.

Kind regards
Vini_1982 and Man of Herm

Hi Vini,

I know that you are good strategist and you know about tactic of game, but I'm strong in this district too. I've a lot of enthusiasm and intention to train U21. Also I can speak with lithuanian community in my native language. I'm sure, it's will be easier to everyone to comunicate in native language than other. We are not against people from other country.

Good luck:)

Hi sigitas,

I wish you good luck too. I know that you are very enthousiastic, and your language is an advantage. Thank you for saying that you are not against people from other countries.

However, language can never be a problem for a National team. We have the intention to put together a crew with enthousiastic Lietuvan managers, with one communication assistant. Moreover, Lietuva has often had a NT coach from another country, without communication problems.

Kind regards from 2 strategists ;o)

Be carefull, Vini! I've heard that if the last name of a Lithuanian girl ends on -ute, that she's is married. ;)

When the name ends on aite, she's not married! Or was it -ute... :p

And now I hope no-one from Lietuva is offended - I like to make jokes too. ;)

Update:

Pawel_91 agrees on our proposal to become member of the crew if we win the election.

He would become our PR-and communication assistant, to improve our connection with the Lietuvan community (for the language matters ex. translating announcements in order to improve contacts)

Head coach: Vini_1982
Assistant coach: Man of Herm
PR- and communication assistant: Pawel_91

People can change opinions. Everybody is patriotic (me too), but people are especially interested in experience and tactics to face your NT opponent.

Let's talk about tactics:

next Sunday is a very hard game for Lietuva. Personally I would try this tactic.

Reasons:
- 4 defenders to protect against the Suomi winger (they almost always use one against strong countries)
- 2 defensive MID's, to cover the defensive side of Lietuva. If possible, MID's with a reasonable level of passing and PM too, so that they can pass the ball in an intelligent way
- 1 winger: with high technique, passing, and if possible some PM. of course pace will be important. Wingers are always important, especially in U21 they can hurt many defences.
- 1 attacking MID, because sometimes there is some space between the defence and midfield of Suomi.
- 2 strikers
