Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Kamil and I am from Poland. I want to become National Coach of Lietuva U-21 Team.
What is my arguments for? It is easy to ask. I have played sokker for over three years since 2007. During this time I won a lot of experience. I have played in the most difficult league in the world of sokker. I am creative and ambitious. I have never been coach of national team, but in my country it is mission imposible so I resolved to try exactly in Your country. I think that your Team need to changes. Results are unsatisfactory for sure, so I can change it. I have ideas to make your Team better. It depends to long time, but the most important is begining. Now You are staying at the same place...regretably.
I think that I grow up to be coach of National Team. Vote for me. Thank You in advance.

I don't know why you even bother.I just think you aren't good enough for us.
When you are talking about the bad results you should present and attributed to himself, and what would you do better. :)
national team of Lietuva is on about 22 place in ranking, when U-21 is above first 40. It is bad rate. In my opinion "scauting"(searching new players) is wanting, because main site has no minimum skills for players, who can be called up to team. if it is occult wherever i didn't find it. it can be better. Then U-@! Lietuva won only that matches , in which has worse opponent. I think that tactic could be better and Lietuva could win more duels.
The hell are you talking about.We have good Lithuanian managers and they have priority.We have managers playing since 2004.If we ever want foreign coach we would take someone from the best and i don't think you are one.

I can manage U-21 Litwa with help from my friends, who play sokker and your help,too; because a lot of opinions help to try one - the best. It is not mean that I am going to manage with their, but it would be my advantage that I can ask for help to other experienced coaches
Lithuania has about 150-200 users, and view all the u-21 player isn't difficult! :)
Speaking about tactics you should to be more specific. All the time it could be better and everyone can say "i can to do better", but you should to do this.
But footballers of Lietuva plays in other countries...
This tactic is not good because Lietuva doesn't win with flush level team. tactic depends on players and now I don't know skills your players!
ok, You will try your compatriot and you don't want to other language coach. I think that first criteria is new ideas for Team , not nationality. it is your chance. Goodbye in the future
