Hello!
My name is Michal, I'm 31, working in IT.
I started to play Sokker in April 2004, in 2007 I become Admin.
During over 7 years I learned this game very well, and gained huge experience.
In past, I was National Team coach six times
3 x with Slovenija - qualified to WC Finals with this small sokker country
2 x with Canada - advance in ranking to achieve 2nd pot for WC quals (in next season I decided to take Poland, and my succesor advanced to WC Finals)
1 x with Poland
I also was an assistant coach of polish NT when winning previous WC.
(this year some experienced users resigned from polish NT Staff, and we all know what happened)
My achievements as manager
- bronze medal in Polish Cup - 3 times
- played two seasons in best league in sokker - Polish Ekstraklasa (this season I decided change players for younger)
- won 2nd polish division
- many seasons and medals in 2nd polish division.
- won 3rd division (4 times)
- won 4th division (1 time)
My goals as NT coach
- Main goal is to qualify to WC Finals.
- I'll also try to win the qualification group to have better seed for finals (we know, not qualifying would be hard loss)
- After qualify my minimum plan is to advance to cup phase of WC.
- Another one is to climb few places in ranking to secure 2nd pot for future.
- Build good atmosphere around Team. Duscuss about current situations, matches, tournaments.
- If there would be interest, I could make some contests for NT supporters.
Greetings
Michal

Are you going to play friendlies and give younger players to train? ;)
Or you won't play friendly matches because of injuries?
Or you won't play friendly matches because of injuries?
Every week emotion guaranteed ;)
I will play friendlies, any time I'm NT coach I'm building schedule for full season in first week of work.
There will be qualifications so there will be few matches against stronger opponents, and few against weaker. So in this matches we should use our A and B squad.
In friednlies I would like to play some matches for 100% against strong opponents, and some like U-25 or U-23 - against top teams too.
I think there is no need to play against low seeded teems more than we must in qualifications.
So if you want to ask, if I'm goimg to rotate squad - yes I am. (but most important matches will always be for 100%).

ill vote if u promise to use ur Admin powers to make sure none of NT players is fired [:
When current NT member is fired, he's not ending his sokker life, he is just leaving his team, and go to TL. So no risk to loose best players.
We have 40 places, and I can keep 20-25 for best players, and rotate only 15 (depends of game - U-something for example).

As Canada coach I played against Lietuva twice - in WC quals.
Canada was 3rd seeded in group, Lietuva 2nd
Canada won the first game, and was close in second.
results: 2-1 and 2-3

I see there is disussion about tactic.
Well. I have big experience in making tactics, and playing agains stronger and weaker oppponents.
When I was coach of Slovenija and Canada I used to play against stronger opponents, when coaching Poland, I played from stron side agains weaker teams.
Its important during qualifacation season. To beat lower seeded teams, and gain some poinst against higher seeded.
Additional, I used to play against stronger opponents with my club team.
With poor squad I won 2nd division, and advanced directly (without qual. game) to polish EKSTRAKLASA - best league in Sokker.
I had the weaksest squad there, but I was leader for 6 rounds (later I had 5-6 injuries, so cant fight for more:( )
But why I'm talking about it.
It's very important to know how to defend.
In Lietuva we have very strong offensive players, but no top defenders.
We must use what we have wisely. So I prefere to play defensive and prevent loosing goals, becouse with our strong attacing lines we shouls score some in every game, key should be not to lose to much.
I used to play defensive minded tactics with average defenders in my club.
Depending of game and opponent I could use low placed or extremly high placed defence (to make more offsides). Many times I used moving defence - its hard for opponents to place forwards to avoid offside or running with ball direct to lower placed (at this moment) defender.
With solid defenders - no need to have superb side skills - and few DEFMIDs - we could fight equally agains every team in the World.
I know something about Lietuva defenders - I had one in my team for last few seasons - Rimandas Jaseliūnas .
He was my BEST defender and using him I won promotion to EKSTRAKLASA and bronze in Polish Cup.
If you have any question - please ask :)

We are in group G in WC qualification.
We're 2nd seeded as I said before.
Top team in our group is Chile - ranked 15th in World.
Other rivals are:
Slovenija - 47th in World Rank.
Azərbaycan - 59th
Nigeria - 66th
O‘zbekiston - 96th

It's lucky draw for us.
Look:
1st seed team is from 1st to 16th place in Rank (we have 15th Chile)
2nd from 17 to 32 (we're 32 :) )
3rd from 33 to 48 (Slovenija is 47)
4th from 49 to 64 (Azərbaycan 59)
I think we should easy qualify, and we're not without chance fighting against Chile for 1st place.
Chile is a strong, but not top team.
In last WC Finals they reached 1/4 and lost to Mexico (earlier won against USA in 1/8).
Slovenija.. I was NT coach there for 3 seasons, and played with this team in WC Finals. But it was many season ago, and now Slovenija has no potential to qualifi. They should fight to defend 3rd place against Azərbaycan.

5 days left and only 8,51% turnout.
Will it be over 10%? maybe 15%?
