Subject: [U21] Royal Flush

Hi my name is Laurens, I am 20 years old and I'm still a student. Today(20/06/2011) I had my last examinations. Now I have a lot of spare time on my hands, which I can use to get Lithuania higher on the ranking! => which will be the main goal this season(because Lithuania isn't qualified), together with scouting of new talents! :)

As kastilius is quitting U21 I'd like to give it a shot here :)
I'm definetly motivated to do the job.

I've been part of the U21 NT of Belgium for over 4 seasons now, I know what the job requires me to do and I know I can do it. I have even made several tactics for Belgium, Iceland and Wales! All the games were won! :)

As I am fairly unknown in Lithuania and because I can't speak the language, I am looking for local assistants, just to keep me updated if there are any new juniors I should know about on the forum. Or even someone who could help me scout!

Tactically i know to stand my ground, I'm definetly not the best tactician around, but hey, playing on NT-level can only improve my tactical abilities.

well it's not a surprise about the talent being better, after the new youth system was implemented almost every youngster I pull from my school has better talent in reality then in youth school :)

about the NTDB I'm not sure, you should ask Kastilius, but don't be surprised if there is no such thing.. :)
