first an very important victory. looking at the stats we seemed to be a bit better, although on the field, I always felt it is an even match with our side being more effective.

Generally I am satisfied with the result and performance of the team, biggest issue was (as expected) with the defence. I will have to tweak tactic a bit more as because of their low secondaries, defensemen were losing too many balls.

game with Nigeria aproaches in 30 minutes, short info:

Nigeria was seeded from pot 5, they average marks are somethong above 50. They have few good players, but generally we shoud be able to claim comfortable win. We wont play the best squad (Meldakis, Miasojedovas missing) becaiuse form and other issues.

Hopefullly everything goes well and we can get 3 points with no injuries on our side.

I am a bit diisapointed with conceded goal and missed chances in second half, but main goals were achieved, 3 points and no injury....so everything is fine

next week we play with Israel, team of 150+ users but with average mark closing to 80 and currently on 12th place in ranking. Israel made a big progress in last seasons thanks to both great coach and great team they managed to build

As stated above, we are playing Israel tomorrow. They have several key players currently adverted, so if yo take a sneak peek on their team , you will see lot world class players in a team of 150 users.

Israel is in fact the highest ranked team I was able to arrange friendly with (played 1/8 final of the last world cup), so we can again expect team that will put to test our chances to succeed in the forthcoming cup and possibly reveal some weak points to work on.

well tactic didnt work as I was hoping, but I am really disapointed with performance of the squad as well. In the beginning I've felt we would be able to grab a victory but then midfield dissapeared. I mean it is ok they didnt pass ball forward, when there was only one forward covered, but what was I hoping for are some passing plays with quick moving the ball towards the wing and exploiting the space there. As it turned out, even midfielders had a big problem to make a normal pass and therefore we were just giving up balls hugely. In the second half, we finally started to make some accurate passes and were able to get a chances, but it was not enough.

Sorry for the lose, I'll look the game later again to anaalyze it

Match against Azərbaycan is cheduled for Saturday. Quick info:

Azərbaycan was seeded as number 4 team in our group,therefore we are definitely expected to win this match. But looking at their team, they have the potential to complicate things for us. Their team is lead but experienced turkey coach (last season he was coach of Turkey NT if I remember correctly) and their latest marks are around 67.

Anyway, I cant complain when I look at our team, too. Since my take over of the NT postion, this will be the best setup we will play. Not that we will play with completely different players (they didnt change at all), but their form is at the top level. Specially attack and midfield have risen ifn form in last weeks.

So to sum it up, although I expect hard game, I believe with current squad we should be able po strenghten our lead in the group.

2-o victory today....I was happy with the form of strikers and as a result they scored 1 goal from 18 shots, hopefully they can do better in more important matches.

but except that everything went fine. We allowed only 2 shots and were mostly playing on oponents half. we have 3 points and thats the most important thing.

Team O‘zbekiston is our next stop in qualification. Speaking of their qualities, we are going to face lowest ranked team. O‘zbekiston has only 4 active users and their with average marks are nearing to 40. That means match will be mostly hunt for the best score for us.

On our side I haven't nominated any first team player. One side we have very decent 5 points lead against Chile, so score wont probably be the deciding factor of the winner of group. On the other side we have more important game next week against Slovenije and I don;t want risk any injuries of the A team. Plus I was trying to choose some "younger" platers (below age 25) so it may motivate the owners to train them a bit more.
