Subject: [U21] mattn

I'd like to be a candidate for the next elections. I already introduced me a little to you. I have been playing this game for around 5-6 years I think. Last season I really made a point of it to improve my tactics. Unfortunately I was not able to win my relegation game because of some bad luck :(.

I play with the team 'de smoeletrekkers' in 4th division in Belgium (our division = equal to 3rd division). And now I'm a little bit bored about coaching my own team so I'm searching a new experience and I'm sure I will find this with Lietuva team U21.

I already updated whole of your Database, created a tactic and did the line up for the last game against Iceland. So I hope I will get your vote.

yea , he had a good talent but he did not fit my expectations so I sold him and yea last time he was sold it was for over 1M

This is difficult to understand for me, although I'm on Erasmus and I am livin with some lithuanian people doesn't mean I could speak it :p

How I am on personal level? :p I'm actually improving my social skills and that's why I went on ERASMUS

As I said it is no problem to answer questions to me and I already have 4 seasons of experience with Defence scouting of Belgium. So I'm pretty experienced.

I'm now arranging some games for next season, It will be an exciting season because this is the first time we can use 2 tactics in one game :p depending on how the game is going. I hope it is a good improvement.
