Is this a joke? contest, prizes what are you talking about?

For example - movie competition (my favorite, I like movies ;d) - I will put some photos from the films and You have to guess what film it is - winner will win the call up for his player

so are you trying to manage Lithuanian national team as good as you can, or you are trying to play with it with your movies? I think you're not serious enough...

hmmmm - sense of humor is nothing bad - I'm almost 30 year old and I'm still (I think so) funny guy :)

But in sokker game I think I have quite big experience - I'm in Polish Association (PA) - "think tank" of polish users working with our National Teams (seniors & U21). For example for 2 seasons I'm a scout of u21 players (16-21 year old, now defenders, last season - mid's).
Also 2 season's ago I promoted to a higher league without any defeat or a draw (from V to IV league - in our country there a 7 levels of league's), this season with the help of the best Polish tactics - Beny - I was working with my tactic skills.
