Subject: [NT] Royal flush

Hello all!

Some of you might know me, some of you might not know me :) I have been NT coach for the U21 here for 2 seasons I think(I don't really keep track). But all I know is this, I said I'd be back, well here I am :-)

Past season I was NT coach from Belgium, but I wasn't happy there to be honest. Didn't feel as being NT coach here :) I got Belgium to world cup though :)
I have been U21 NT coach of Belgium aswell(2 seasons), I got them to 1/8 finals in world cup where I lost to the World Champion(Italy).

Now I'd like to try and take Lietuva to new hights :) Oh yeah, when I was NT coach here, at first there wasn't a real good database for NT players in my opinion, so I started the NTDB for Lietuva U21. Which is still in use if I'm correct :)
This season I hope to get Lietuva higher in the rankings and follow up young players so they get trained as good as possible, so they can be of any use for the Lithuanian national team!

What goals are you plannig to reach this season?

This season I'd like to get a good result in the mini world cup. I also would like to gain places on the world ranking.
But the main target is keeping the players up to date and getting acqainted with the players this season to prepare ourselves for next seasons World cup qualification.

And by getting acqainted, i mean the following. Making the best tactic as possibel for the players we have, not to avoid their weaknesses but by exploiting their strongest points.

What about young players? Will you be giving them a chance? And what about "seniors"? Will they be kicked for the NT?

Giving young players their chances will happen in U2x games
Concerning older players, if they aren't good enough, they don't play.
Miaso stays in NT forever

But he is probably not good enough to play anymore? our minimum expectation for you is to win WC later :D

I don't know his skills and will probably never know them :)
but looking at his value, he should still do quite allright :)
And he's never quitting NT because he's a legend and I don't want that his manager fires him!

yep were are thinking the same way about his legend status. should be below 5x unearthly now though. maybe 2x unearthly and 3 magical could be possible.

I think his pace level is brilliant or something similar, because pace goes down faster than other skills :)
