Subject: [U21] NT - "Hero"

Hello all,
this is my program to candidature.

Something about me
I am 24 years old. I have been already studying at university for 4 years. My hobbies include sports especially football. My other favourite hobbies are: traveling, reading, spending time in nature, and so on.

Why choose me ??
I think, that in the new cycle must come also new manager.
I know, that Lietuva Team U21 have potencial to be in World Cup and I hope we will be there.
I am active manager and I have apetitte for new challenges. I want to increase its level and confirmed their abilities and skills. I have a great desire to become a part of Lietuva U21 team. I love working with young players.

What I want to improve?
- better cooperation with Lietuva community
- scouting a new Lietuva talents
- checking for new players from the junior team
- bringing new staff in NT U21 Lietuva (my friends and good managers)
- new tactics - I can be very creative and I am able to read the tactics opponent
- I will prepare report for each match
- I will try to improve the coefficient
I know, that Lietuva Team U21 have potencial to be in World Cup and I hope we will be there.
