You wrote exactly the same speech in Switzerland and candidated there (this season!).
So how serious you really want to coach Lietuva?

Even if you are not from Lietuva i will still answear you.I am as serious as i always was about sokker.I am a Champion Cup winner and that tells almost everything about me.
Doesen't matter if it is the same speech as long as is mine and tell the truth and real data.

The group is a real strong one, with 3 very good rivals:Norge,Moldova ,Cymru.Altough ,we have a real second chance , but my target is number one ,for sure!!!

don't pay attention who said something about your speech :), I think, that only bad manager can to come and say something bad about his opponent :)
You have my vote and I hope that you will reach our intention to play in world cup :), have a good election! ;)

For me it only looks a bit strange, that the speech had been exactly the same then in switzerland few days before. For me it looks like ady wants to get a nationalteam and it doesn`t mather witch Nation it is.
He can answer to my question or not, and you all have to decide after :)
We are in an election, so a little bit "fight" must be, or not? :)

Must!, but I think that only strong manager don't pay attention for any another manager :), he just do what he want and how he want :), it's only my opinion :)

I think, that communication is important as nationalcoach. Also in a online game.
The Coach has to talk with the owners of the Players, he has to try to get the best Training for the Players.
And he has to make the nationalteam interesting for the People in Lietuva. It`s your Team and you should be proud of your Team.
Of course: The new Coach has to be a good tactican too :)
