I think, that communication is important as nationalcoach. Also in a online game.
The Coach has to talk with the owners of the Players, he has to try to get the best Training for the Players.
And he has to make the nationalteam interesting for the People in Lietuva. It`s your Team and you should be proud of your Team.
Of course: The new Coach has to be a good tactican too :)

Well, it's good to see 2 strong managers are fighting over Lietuva :)

I hope one of you guys will be able to get Lietuva in Top 15 or even top 10, Lietuva really has some great players :)

Tomorrow we will play U27 against Italy,in fact there will be just one player with 27yo and the rest U26,mostly 25 and 24yo players.
i updated almost all players in NTDB and i found that there is a gap between players generations,very few 27 and 26yo players mostly +28 and under 25yo

we probably dont have steady youth system due to lack of active managers.

But the good news is that i have found some really great players for actual world cup generation and after 300+ emails i managed to update almost all of them.
I hope and i am confident that we will quallify for next WC,the problem is from witch position 1 or 2 :)
