Hi Guys,
My name is Dieng (Diego in real life), i am an italian coach and play Sokker since 2010. My goal has always been pointed to grow and develope young players and it's exactly what i mean to do with Lietuva as well.
In my "carreer" i've worked for many U21 teams like Australia, Belgium and Senegal and in the last season i've proactively worked with Scotland U21.
Now I think it's the right time to take my responsabilities and start coaching a national team by my own. :)
I know very well how to manage and update the national database and i could be supported by a team of very well-experienced players who would help me with tactics, db updates and looking around for new young talents.
Of course, everyone of you who'll want to give an help will be very welcome to join the staff and try to raise Lietuva.
