Taigi, pagal istorija matom, kad tris kartus yra Lietuva U21 isejusi is grupes ir patekusi i top16, bet dar niekad neisejo uzemusi pirma vieta, tad nesvarbu kaip pasibaigtu kito sestadienio matchas, sitas pasiekimas yra geriausias per visa U21 rinktines istorija.

Ta proga, kad pasiekiau geriausia rezultata per visa Lietuva U21 istorija (nors deja nepavyko nueiti bent zingsneliu toliau), manau, jog laikas man isbandyti Lietuvos NT trenerio posta ir uzleisti U21 rinktine kazkam kitam.
Jeigu dabartiniam treneriui nepavyks iseiti is grupes, tai perimsiu tada pagrindines NT vaira.
Jeigu kas noretu save isbandyti U21 rogese, mielai prasom. Jeigu ne, tuomet pradesim ieskoti kokio tai uzsieniecio treneriuko.

Ne, U-21 reikia stipraus, taktikų dalykus suprantančio žmogaus. Man užtenka maniškės komandos :)

I congratulate Fornado on the very good result achieved by Lithuania U21 at the World Cup.
I understand that Fornado will be a candidate for the Lithuanian senior national team.
Under these conditions, I announce that I would like to train Lithuania U21 and I think I can qualify for the World Cup.
I trained Romania seniors and won the qualification group and the World Cup group.
Unfortunately, I was eliminated in overtime, in the eighth.
In the 2 seasons I lost only one official match.
Also, I coached Romania U21 and won the qualification group. For personal reasons, I did not compete in the next season, at the World Cup.
This season I coached the Honduras senior team, but we had the weakest team in the series. However, yesterday we beat the Czech Republic!
I have already analyzed the Lithuania U20 squad and I am happy with how it looks.
I am waiting for your opinion about my possible candidacy.

You are very strong candidate giving your experience and skill and our Nation is very pleased to hear that you are interested in this position.
As I understood our local lithuanian member real#arti is also interested to be coach of U21 Lietuva, but I cannot talk for his intentions and I didn't see it clearly yet if he will really enrol.
If it would happen that there would be no local lithuanian user to coach our U21 team, I would support you as a candidate as I think you are very strong skilled user!
Next U19-U20 generation of Lietuva is very strong, especially offensive and I think it is a must to win a ticket to World Cup.
