In the last 2 matches we won with Honduras the matches with the Czech Republic (coach Tolis - double world champion) and Panama!!!

In my opinion, we are equal in chances. You as an active U21 manager. Me as former LT U21 manager, who several times achieved record places, but had a few year retirement.
My best advantage versus you as a candidate is that I may have better communication with fornado, who built U21 team with his ideas, and the transition to me will be more effective :)
It would be fun for both of us to have a fair selection (at least as I see it because in LT we never had a selection due to lack of candidates, as far as I can recall), but if the community chooses to vote for me because I am Lithuanian, I accept it :)

We Lithuanians (as kastilius mentioned) "stick together".
Anyway, I am personally very pleased, that you are interested in our team, it means I did something good in few past seasons.

I don't think it is fair for Mourinho to candidate, because he can't candidate anywhere else then and I think someone did deserve him as a coach.
Also I would like to keep our national team as open question in the future and if there will be no lithuanian candidate, you will be my very first option if you will be interested:)
