Hello, i am Alex from Romania, 34y automatization engineer and psychologist and i'm playing this game from 2006 when i had 18y.
In 2013 my first team was disbanded because some argues in forums. With that team i made some great players and had nice results in cup and 3rd league. I managed Jamaica NT too , in 2 seasons and i always updating nt database.
With my 2nd team from 2013 in present i raising players and made money and experienced new tactics. I managed Jamaica u21 nt for 4 seasons, i growed players for this team and in last season i managed cymru u21 nt where i did maximum from the available players, i updated ntdb too.
My motivation for managing Lietuva is that i want to past at new level and to bring my whole tactic and organisatoring experience and get a maximum from Lietuva resources. I know that Lietuva is one of the respectable team and some good results will put Lietuva where it deserves.
I am youngster coach in my free time in real life too!!

Hello Fornado. My plan for Lithuanian NT is:
1. Scouting players
2. Updating completely NTDB
3. Test tactics and players this season because are not official matches, because when come next season will be the WC qualifications and need to have all tactic things setted up avoiding every mistakes, because my main objective is that to make a team which beating with succes at WC qualifying group and qualifying for WC!!!
4. I will talk with every nt players owners and find out what train at them and what position they will using, and try to keep a good relation with them.
5. Have a good relationship with U21 manager (you),because the future and continuity of generations should be assured.
6. I will making that all nt matches from this season , despite that are just friendlies to means something because i'll treat this season like a tactical and logistical training for WC qualifying season.
7. We will play in Mini World Cup to see what level do we have against teams which are not qualifyed at WC.
The Lithuanian NT perspective depends of us. To be honest Lithuania didn't had bad results last season , they produced nice surprises like beat Poland 3-1.
I will not promising that i'll smash all team and other stuff, but i'll try to keep the constancy of playing level. I'm not kind of person which dreaming, i'll treat every match like will be my last match. I am focused on every detail.
If i dont meet my expectations i will not candidate again for qualification season, but i'll still colaborate with future manager because he need to know some things that i will find out durring friendlyes season.
Now about my NT exp.
I was manager for Jamaica NT for 2 times, in 2012. In friendlyes season i finish 2 in Mini WC Group and then i was eliminated by Czech Republic with 3-2 in last min.
In qualifying season i finished 5 th after China. It couldn't do more...
Then in 2017-2019 i was 4 times manager for Jamaica U21 where i trained by myself some jamaicans players and talked to players owners that selling them jamaicans players to the right managers which training them at right skills.
About the results, those was maximum that this generation can achieve.
This year i was manager for Cymru U21 and i trying to do same things like what i did at Jamaica U21.
Cymru u21 played at Asian Cup where finished 2nd and then was eliminated in quarterfinals.
Unfortunatelly Cymru U21 lack very serious at young players. They have just a very good att at that skill and 2 mediocre mids. There need to be done serious work. I talked with one of Cymru user to get the NT and i'll supporting him in Cymru U21 player growth.
I am automatization engineer, and i have a lot of time at my work to spending at sokker and perfectioning every Lithuanian NT aspect. I will listen every suggestion from Lietuva community and we will be a team.
I hope that i will do that many Lithuanian users to be more implicated in their youth academyes and both Nt's.
I aiming is that to do a change here and my work to have a good impact here.

Now i am here, part of your community and i'll do all what it takes to don dissapointing you. I am democratic manager which get and listen every advice and i will admit if i will get some wrong decision.

I will save situation, but that wasnt unluck, was ,my mistakes!
1. I tryed to surprising them with wide attack, but unfortrunatelly i played atts low.
2. My defending line wasnt fit on them attack, because im awaiting that their wing to play at right side and my lateral def from left side wasnt wider... and i didnt play low or high i play in middle, very uninspired.
Players was very ok, i liked them, but... thats the situation.At this level when players are almost perfect you can view better what you go wrong at your tactic.When i made tactic at 40-60 rating players , i made some tricks to compensating some lacks, but at that level need other approach, but ill adjusting all and we will aiming a perfect playing style...

Hello, i am glad that you asking me this and exist interest for this beautifull nt team!
When i came here i present what i wanted to do here, and we are still at right way.
About my matches untill now , the situation seems to get better.
At first i signed for Mini World Cup, where i used the best team to see our level, but unfrtunatelly i used some wrong tactics and we didnt get good results.The good thing was that i saw what we need and i improved the tactic, so after we get eliminated from MWC , we qualified for flow be, where we play with those wich was eliminated.
My main goal is to preparing the team for next qualification season, so in this consolation tournament i used some u27 players.
In today match i used many u27 players vs Slovenija wihch used main team.We beaten them and we made a great match and get a outstanding rting. We didnt used our star with 5X divine and more top players, we used just younger players . The results was very nice, so i try next match same.
I talked with some young player owners where to focus them training and if dont train those players, atleast sell hin to me, or to someone wich trining them properly.I got few answers but i still awaiting.
