Hello, i am glad that you asking me this and exist interest for this beautifull nt team!
When i came here i present what i wanted to do here, and we are still at right way.
About my matches untill now , the situation seems to get better.
At first i signed for Mini World Cup, where i used the best team to see our level, but unfrtunatelly i used some wrong tactics and we didnt get good results.The good thing was that i saw what we need and i improved the tactic, so after we get eliminated from MWC , we qualified for flow be, where we play with those wich was eliminated.
My main goal is to preparing the team for next qualification season, so in this consolation tournament i used some u27 players.
In today match i used many u27 players vs Slovenija wihch used main team.We beaten them and we made a great match and get a outstanding rting. We didnt used our star with 5X divine and more top players, we used just younger players . The results was very nice, so i try next match same.
I talked with some young player owners where to focus them training and if dont train those players, atleast sell hin to me, or to someone wich trining them properly.I got few answers but i still awaiting.

You used 6 players 28+ yo, how can you say it was u27 team?

yes almost u27 , i used some youngers to testing and i liked what i see. Maybe if we play with easy team in semifinals i can use more. Anyway after this tournament ill use just U27 team.Will start U27 world cup:)

Now i can say that i found 1 of good tactic against team weaker , equal and a slightly better than us, but now i need to find a tactic good against stronger opponents, like that wich Pashinho used against Poland last season.
I know every player and i know were they like to play and where they are more efficient.
I'm sorry that i dissapointing in first phase of tournament, but if i knew what i know now, i thinks that we was upper for sure.
Will comming next U27 championship and we have some monsters u27 players which can bring us some good matches.I am optimistic that now we will clean the bad impression for first 3 matches from Mini World Cup.

we have very good u27 players. Most of them are first team level. Not many teams have this. All of which raising players for Lietuva Nt team made an awsome job. I think next season with me or other manaher tge Lietuva will qualifying for next world cup!
