i dont know why when i want so much to win , appearing something that ruining my desire... Im so upset. This defeat ruined my all mood on this week.

i hoped that i get atleast 1 trophy here not just trophy of eliminated teams from mini cup...
the thing is that Lietuvians supporting me a lot and i need to let them something in exchange, not just to come here and get fun....

I used the best first line-up in this match to see what is our potential for qualifying and the future sounds good.
I hope next manager to continue my work here becaue was hard to find each player where playing best...

To be honest i think you should manage next season as it will be official matches and this season was just a warm up.

i'm wondering why kachiuz dont want. It will be not so much work for him, just some tactics, because all top players and them positioon are estabilished.The thing is i say that if i dont win u27 european i will not candidate again:)) I hope that 1 Lietuvian user to be interested by that because Lietuva have a great generation and its shame that not achieveing something important with this.
We had mark 77 not just because players was in shape or had unnecessary skills uop, we had a real 77 rating because of value!I
In match vs Ukraine they preparing very well matches and neutralising our winger, but we win not because my tactic, they win because our players was more valuable than them.

If nobody want to managing this, and you dont have trust in foreigners manager, i hope to work together at tactics.Will be a dissaster for me to dont qualifying the team.I'm afraid that i will wasting a golden generation and i dont want that!!!I want to put all forces together to bring that awsome players and team at WORLD CUP!!

Me? I bearly have motivation to manage my own team :D drifting on tactics that I created years ago :)

One of my objective was to wake up the comunity to involve for this NT.
In last matches for this season i try to finalising some tactics for qualifyings. One against strong teams with defenders put low(which i want help) and one against equal or weaker team(here i can do it).

My problem is that i promised to someone that i developing them u21 NT because i thought that i will not staying and wanted me for more than 1 season...

But if no Letuvian want to get this responsability i will stay another season here because those which i promised i hope to understanding me.

Another worked victory. We have a good future because u27 team its improoving continuosly!!

Hello! So today all competitions was restarted.
I will write here all my activity at NT in this season.
What i did good is that i organised players , i made a good research job with players capabilities and tryed a lot of players at differents positions and i could find their right positions.
I talked with managers of players and told them where they should train train their nt players to be more efficient for NT.( not to all managers because most of them made right things).
I tried to find a fit tactic for players skills.
About my results i need to admit that i was a bit dissapointed because in neofficial cup matches i get just 2 points from 5 matches. In friendlies we get full victoryes. So i have 6 wins 2 draws and 3 defeats. Al draws and defeats was at mini world cup and u27 european cup. All victoryes was in friendlies.
My best result was 2-1 against Moldova , vs a very good tactician. My worse result was 1-1 against Honduras...
After some discussions with Lietuvian managers i decided to candidate again and put all my forces and abilities that i get this season and try ti qualify Lietuva at World cup!
If you dont want to elected me again just say me and i will retire from elections, no problem, i understand.
aI will retire from election if a lietuvian manager will candidating too, just say me fast.
But if you electing me, you know that you have a responsable person to lead the team!!!

so you did a mission "minimum", you did bring back the ranking for Lietuva to the level, where both A league and Cup winners participate in Champions cup, so if you decided to participate again I will support you:)
Good luck in official World Cup qualifier, now it is mission minimum to take 2nd place in group, GL!

We have balanced group!
Its mandatory get atleast 2 wins against frist 2 teams, and beat allteams beside us.
I will make a hard analysing work .I will see all matches from opponents to neutralize them.
