Tough loss, but we didn't have any chances this time.
Please stop putting magical defenders in central defenders position.
All defenders, especially central defenders MUST be at least 2x divine and secondary skills are not so important.
Plienaitis didn't defend well and he got red card because he can't beat superdivine strikers. Also Izdelis didn't defend well. The only two who had good defence were Tikas and Zagrabskas.
Razgauskas was very bad at defending today, i don't understand why, he got great skills and divine form. Probably he was one step behind every time their winger got the ball.
I am not fan of one striker tactics, but sometimes it is ok. If you play with winger, move midfielders more to wing side, so they play more in that side.
Kausynis is top 5 player in the world, you have to give him bigger role - he must be the main midfielder. Now his position was "hidden", usually in that place i put my worst midfielder to "hide" him in the game for training.
This would be my comments for the game and good luck in the future:)

I tried with magically defenders because i thaught that they will doing good pass and we get on counterattack.
The main fail was that i tried to played more offensive. If PashinhO didnt delete the tactic wich beat Poland maybe we could do more. That tactic was weak against good team, but strong vs top team. I can cope vs weak or equal team, but i am very bad when it need to defending low.

It's a very good news to me if you took this responsability because i'm sure that you will get the qualifying and you are the most fit for this job due to fact that you know very well the players and have a divine knowledge of tactics mechanism.
I will watch every match of Lietuva and i supporting and try to learn something new.
Are very less chances to qualify the team this season, but even if the wonder it happens, i resigning because you can do more at World Cup than me.
I strugling a lot in match vs better team, i cant hadle a defensive tactic or counterattack tactic.
If PashinhO letted me that tactic that beat Poland, maybe now we didnt looseing vs Swiss or Austria because Pashinho's tactic was best vs better teams, but not that effective vs weaker teams,.I had decent tactic vs weaker teams.
Anyway untill now my whole work here was a bit failed, but atleast i hope to learning something from here.
