It's a very good news to me if you took this responsability because i'm sure that you will get the qualifying and you are the most fit for this job due to fact that you know very well the players and have a divine knowledge of tactics mechanism.
I will watch every match of Lietuva and i supporting and try to learn something new.
Are very less chances to qualify the team this season, but even if the wonder it happens, i resigning because you can do more at World Cup than me.
I strugling a lot in match vs better team, i cant hadle a defensive tactic or counterattack tactic.
If PashinhO letted me that tactic that beat Poland, maybe now we didnt looseing vs Swiss or Austria because Pashinho's tactic was best vs better teams, but not that effective vs weaker teams,.I had decent tactic vs weaker teams.

Anyway untill now my whole work here was a bit failed, but atleast i hope to learning something from here.

i liked your tactic this time and i think result was unfair.

my main fault in this qualifying season was that i didnt play all match with tactics developed from this... But is what it is. I will continue to support Lietuva and ill watching all NT matches and trying to learn something from you:d

At this level all the small details bring to matter : how you throw out a ball, how your players stand when opp is throwing, how the corners are played, etc. There is a lot of things to work on. But you can't prepare the tactic to 100% beat the opp, this is the beauty of the game.
Also the engine is changing and those who notice the change have the advantage.
I think if you keep working on it, you will be a very good tactician in the future!

i will retiring some seasons at a little u21 team to test and test untill i will get a recype :) i have allready some offers, but my plan is to p[erfectionizing myself

i played today with an old simple tactic, and if the defenders was better positioned we could get atleast 1 point.Anyway, this simple tactic was the best vs a better team:)

I failes my main objectives, but atleast that was a great opportunity to know how hard is to be manager for a top NT.
I meet here very nice players, and i love this superb comunity!
I will remain forever your friend and i will help whatever ask to me!
I let all my tactic, good or bad for fornado, next manager because all i wanted to do was helping, not making a name for me.
