tomorrow we will play with group leader crna gora who won against romania but draw against nicaragua by 1-1 like us. will be interesting match for sure. kausynis is injured. this time trainings were harsh, no more kebab parties

after winning all these matches last season even against poland etc. I still can't figure it out why the hell we are able to lose 6-1 against crna gora with even playing higher rating and last season almost with same tactics we had a draw with them.

this world cup is really making me angry

he is similar to our other mids and not better than our current mids just because of tech. but mids lost too many skills this season due to their ages and this player can be in squad next season.

If att and def would replaced he would be good fit for center with 15 tech. the winger needs tech, a proper nt mid needs some def as side skills. I would really wish this guy had 13 def so he could become next Idzelis of the squad, but still good guy, with some more tech he can still be a good part

Sorry man, but nothing works for you as a head coach of our National team.
Draw with Nicaragua, terrible losses with no chances against Romania and Crna Gora, close win against Senegal is very bad result.
Try to save some dignity for us in the last 4 matches.

against crna gora I had to take risk so instead playing with 5 def I played with 4 in the first half. they are playing with splitting strikers so my tactic which splits 3 defs and 2 other defs for wings worked against poland and most of other matches did not work for crna gora. neither romania could win against them but only nicaragua got draw with them interestingly... so, either we were going to score 6 goals or they would, as I had to take this risk with my 4 def tactic which we previously scored 6 goals against portugal but lost with 7 goals against magyars. with that tactic we were able to receive 81 rating but even I used almost same players I was not able to get same result and it just didn't work as dvailis was not able to play kausynis's part of that tactic and bad part of the risk happen. even we switched to alternate tactic with 5 defs in some minutes that did not work too. close win against senegal is not bad result if you check ratings and player qualities.

only crna gora beat me in coaching skills with their weird tactics, hats off... surprising result was nicaragua, but crna gora also draw with them weirdly. no need to say against anything about romania, their players are from another level but somehow crna gora beat them too. again, hats off to crna gora coach.

I accept every criticism, so here some analysis about team so next coach can benefit these:

some hard situations:

- it's very hard to select defs as sideskills are very low
- kausynis, idzelis, plienaitis lost 3-5 skills this season, they were our heroes so far but probably this was their last wc
- our other best mids rackauckis lost 2 pace in one season, konaverskis lost some skills too. rackauckis's tactic discipline is very low this season (due to his latest transfers) and these players injured a lot during this wc.
- we were never able to use our ideal mid combination like last season, our mids were our difference than other teams but we no longer have this benefit anymore.
- only 2 strikers with 3x divine left in the team. our best striker skiudulas lost 2 pace and he is not usable even he is 30 y.o. we had 4-5 3x divine strikers last season and I was able to select by their forms but this season I even had to play with 16-16-17 strikers in some matches.
- no player seems to be able to replace kausynis, idzelis, rackauckis or konaverskis. mids were our difference than any other team but we lost this advantage.
- only 2 proper def with sideskills exist in the team.


good sides:

- we will have some 3x divine strikers with very high side skills for next wc
- we will probably have some great defs with good sideskills for next wc
- much better young gk's and more alternatives coming

overall, while we lost our advantage on mid, better strikers and defenders than our current team are coming soon.

I won't be participating for nt next season. seeing a user critcising me including I'm a foreigner and due to google translate his language made me sad. I tried to bring some fun and success to this community with all my goodwill. I think only when foreigners being 3rd or 4th it becomes a problem. I wanted to be 1st or 2nd in the group as much as you guys but It just didn't happen, my last season encouraged me too. Sorry to everyone, I really wanted this too and did my best even bought our 2nd 3x divine striker etc...

nevermind, wc summary:

- crna gora coach was much better than me or romania's coach
- romanian squad is in another level, I couldn't win against them even if I did against poland last season with our golden squad. this season our level was noticeably lower and key players were mostly injured
- nicaragua surprised both us and crna gora
- probably we will end the group as 3rd

I wish best for Lietuva team for the future, I hope next coach can do better. My suggestion would be pashininho, his previous success is encouraging for the team even if his way of communication saddened me.

Don't take it to the heart so much.
Welcome to being a NT coach - you have medium or good results, usually noone cares, you have bad results, everyone is giving you a hard time. The only way to be praised is to exceed the results, it means make top 4 and then you are a hero.
You shouldn't expect that our community is praising you after this season record, when you entering the coach position you have to be ready for criticism.

Also usually everyone are just result oriented, noone cares about "ifs", "almosts" or forms, team disciplines, skill drops, bad secondary skills etc.
The reality is - if your tactic is shit and you got lucky to win , everyone are happy :D

you are right. criticism and objective analysis is always good for development but when I translated that foreigner part in other topic only that made me sad. I spent as much effort as a lietuvan coach for the nt. some key factors such as player generation differences or user base changes are huge in nt's such as lietuva, this is not excuse but a fact:

Today I made a research of some promising 22-26 y.o. players and updated our player db in sokker asistante for the next coach.

I can clearly say that 23-25 y.o. generation is beast. 2 wc later this generation should be managed very carefully as this age group can really achieve huge success. Maybe I will be a candidate again after 3 seasons to complete the unfinished story :)

ohoo i saw my name at those photos, and i remember those sweet time as Lietuva NT with this great comunity that supoorted me untill end!!! My heart remained here and i watched some match to learn something from fornado, and i thanks him because my tank defensive tactic is inspired from him!!!
