I would like to officially announce my candidacy for the position of Lithuania U21 national team coach.
I have been an active Sokker player for several years, during which I’ve gained valuable experience in team management and youth development.
My strengths:
✅ Experience – several years in Sokker, well-familiar with the mechanics and specifics of the game.
✅ Youth development – proven track record in training and managing young players effectively.
✅ Tactics – ability to build solid tactical setups and adjust strategies according to the opponent.
My goals as Lithuania U21 coach:
✅ support the growth and promotion of young Lithuanian talents,
✅ smart training management to maximize the potential of our players,
✅ compete for the best possible results in international tournaments,
✅ maintain regular communication and transparency with the community.

I invite everyone to join the discussion. I'd like to collaborate extensively, especially with managers coaching young U21 stars, so that we can build a strong squad together.
I'll speak for myself-I haven't gotten anything interesting out of school for a long time. It seems like a problem.
It's true that you need a lot of patience to find the gems from the junior school.
I've been considering creating a federation that would bring together all managers coaching Lithuanian juniors. I'd like to create a place where we could collaborate on the development of valuable players. What do you think about this idea?
Hi, idea is good but in real life most of LT prospect been trained by LT users. Most of them who is training potential U21 players has best coach staff and know which skills need to be trained por particular position. Just the issue is how much talent we have from YS. And this season was realy poor for LT users.
I'm very happy that Lithuania has managers who are willing to train their players. How many (approximately) Lithuanian teams does YS have?

I started the research of young Lithuanian players. Many of you will receive emails asking you to present a plan for your players. On the one hand, I will try to fight with the players we have for the best possible results, but on the other hand, I would like to start building the next generations.
