I am from Poland. My favourite tactic is 4-4-2 (of course I edit it depending of who I play with).
My plan of beeing a coach is very simple - make good tactics, choose best players (all of you will help me in doing it - questionaries would be very helpful:) and win the matches. That's the way of being the best ;].

You have some big issues if you start your post like this.
Advise - I think im speaking for a=everyone here, we dont care what kind of metric system you use on your penis and dont care if you perform well or not, its just plain stupid of you.

Oh... So polish humor is very specific :) Lots of good polish tactics begin like this. So I explain - it's a joke :)
Actually I like the way of Tony Halik's management. He have a very big sense of humour and also he managed the rep. of Poland very well. I have very simillar type of being a coach.

Like Tony Halik's did (old manager of Poland), I would try young players (e.g. U21) in some not important matches (like friendly ones).
There would be matches for "lower league stars" too. The best players from low leagues would play in some friendly matches.
You can be sure of competitions, which prizes would be for example 10 minutes of your player's play in representation.

Not just like - simillar. Can't you read what I wrote? I don't think, that a manager like you should manage any representation.
well, you shouldnt use babelfish or sth like that because representation, means sth else [; btw ive been NT manager for two years, you would now that if you were really interested in Lithuania..... well, i dont care if youre interested or not ill may be losing 1 vote for me but there is only one manager who could be worse than any polish manager, its Takeris.... ^^

maybe u r better candidate , but we want to elect a lithuanian manager :) and if want to have foreign manager it would be better manager than u :|
