My name's Mike, I'm 23 years old. I'been playing sokker since may 2004. My team, Loozaki is in Polish third league.
Your former coach Kastillus was the best coach that Lietuva has ever have.
Your country played very good matches in WC and only a horrible unluck disturbed your way to final match.
I think that there is nothing to add or fix in your first team play, Kastillus did great job undoubtfully.
However, as i mentioned, Lietuva has such a good team that you can now try players from lower leagues as we do in Poland.
There will be few opportunities (friendly matches and weak WC Qual opponents) when we can play for expample third or fourth leagues players only.
I would like all lithuanian managers to interest in national team matches and the things that are all about :)
You can be sure that there will be a lot of topics in forum about NT team, and competitions linked with it :)

You know,in our third and fourth league there are playing almost all bot teams, or unactive managers ;)

There are 187 active users in Lietuva. That means that you have 147 active users in third and fourth league. That is quite enough :)
Dont forget that there are many players that are abroad - so even the A-lyga squad will be different than first squad of your NT team. I'm quite sure that you also have players that can play in friendly matches but they didnt have chance in previous matches.

not many, I agree but still enough. And I think that will change at the and of the season.
But even if not, then we can make this in the other way. For example matches with players from A-Lyga, II.01, II.02, II.03 and II.04. Every league will have its own friendly match. there are still few possibilities :)
