1) what type of tactics do you prefer? (4-4-2, 4-5-1 etc.)

2) How would you try to solve lack of midfielders problem? (as I see it as the main problem for Lithuania now)

1) 4-4-2 is my favourite :p ideal combination of defense and offense :] Especially versions with DM and high winger :p

2) Using one of defs with high pm/pass as a def mid :p using a striker with pm/passing as a wing ATT :p

3) hm...defensive + counter attacks[Kueinskas would do the job easily :p]

4) hm...0:0 in 35minute in Eesti - Polska whiles playing with 10 players for some time? 6:1 with Mexico? :p

5) 1:5 with Polska, 6:1 with Mexico, 0:2 with Nederland[IMO wonderful defensive work.]

6) competitions.

7) As a def? Depends against who. Against most - nr. 1, against Polska, Italia etc. nr .2

8) About...2.5 year? Something like that :p

What is Ignotas Sadauskas doing in your team? ^_^

1) 4-4-2 actually it's 4-1-3-1 or 4-1-2-1-2
or 4-3-3 if you really lack in mids , but you have good strikers

2)Here is the thing...for tactic 4-4-2 you need to have 3 great MIDs...fourth is DMC who doesn't really need to have that high play and pass...If you don't have 3 Mids then I would play 4-3-3 (then you need to have only 2 of them)..But I think you have enough good ones for 4-4-2

3)against really weaker teams offensive (2 defs probably 3 dmc 3 mids and 2 attackers or smth similar) against other teams I would play normal 4-1-2-1-2 (which is for me one of the best tactics ..it creates goal chances and with 4 defs you have really strong defence)...against much stronger teams (only Poland in your case) I would play with 5 defs

4)Second Place in Premier League...although for NT Coach the most important thing is to be great in tactics, to select players and encourage people to train proper skills, and show them what skills are needed for each position...running a club is a bit different (requires different skills..some of them are the same like tactics and selection of players , but in club you need to also know to trade players well and some other things)

5)hm...I would say that my last match was one of the best considering tactics...The team I played against has much better skills (FC Millwall), so I think only better tactics lead me to victory...link HERE

6)I would try by mailing every user which has potential or current NT player...asking them what they are training, advise them what to train, reminding them to update skills ... Having NT player(s) in your team is big advantage so I think I could motivate users

7)Always "A"

8)in a few weeks it will be 2 years

9)For next season I could promise :
-qualification to WC
-selection of currently best players for each tactics
-motivating users who have potential NT players (U21-players) to train them and advising them what to train

I'm thinking about candidate as an NT coach in your country:

1) what type of tactics do you prefer? (4-4-2, 4-5-1 etc.)

depends of players which could I select and style of opponnent' play..
but I like to play 4-4-2, but also I could play with 3-5-2 or 5-4-1 if it could be good solution im my opinion

Def with quite good playmaking on DEF mid..
and i hope there will be some good enough players 2-3

in my league team I don't have good plamakers but they had good defence skill and they often dominate in midlfield because of that. Maybe this is the solution??

little more for attack
but there could be a few matches with defensive style

winning Mini World Cup with Romania
promote Romania to the World Cup
winning Polish II.04 division
making quite large and very actual database in Romania and Malaysia when I was the coach there

5) your best match (according to tactics)

one of last season's match

u-21 Hellas - Malaysia

Malaysia was quite small and new coutry so it was hard to make good u-21 team. But i won and it wasn't lucky win

and 2nd match

România - Polska 0:3]

tha was a few seasons ago. not big defeat against Poland with very good squad

6) how would you improve our interest in National Team?

I want to make some competitions for Lithuanian community. Award will be having own player in one of the last season's special "competition" match againt one of the weakest countries

I will choose a if both players form is the same

I played sokker over 3 years

promote to the World Cup
trying to make good result on WC (if i will be reelected)
making good database not only with players who have chances to play in NT now but also for future prospects
